Giordano
Go to some Directing or writing school to become a scriptwright. If all that goes well and I become rich, you all may just be watching one of my shows. \ But if not, then I'll go and become a history teacher in my local high school(s). fastortoise
I've longed dreamed about a job that would combine my creativity and smarts, and I discovered it a few months ago: Architect 8-) Luckily, I'm in the perfect college program in order for me to get accepted in Architecture over at McGill in 2 semesters. Grades are no problem at all, I have the same if not better grades than my older brother and he's in Medicine, also at McGill. And if any of you have ever watched Seinfeld, you'd know architects get all the ladies

flipflop121
Well at the moment i have a few options in front of me. will list in preference option a) get accepted into the army, and do my bachelor of buisness / arts degree majoring in economics and political science. work in the army for another 5 years (mandatory) and come out at the age of 28 with a very nice bank balance. then move back into civilan life and start to work my way into federal politics and hopefully secure my self a place in the senate / house of reps and continue working from there. option B) do a bachelor of commerce / law at my local university, and get a part-time job in a firm of somekind doing paperwork etc to pay for uni. join a solicitor firm straight out of uni and study political science at nights. then eventually move into the political foray and follow option a. option c) do a bachelor of buisness / commerce, major in accounting, join an accounting firm and stick with that. get into local/state politics and see if i can shuffle my way through that Started new account: flipflop v2

I'm taking an engineering class this semester and Murphy's laws are the worst... so much rage when I trying building an RC circuit. I was thinking about bagging me one of those Alaskan petrol engineer jobs, work there for like 5 years and get a cool half mil, invest it in a nice big house and work on more engineering back in Montreal or pursue Architecture. Of course, that means 5 years without human contact.. hopefully they'll be internet
PoorLepRecon
I myself am looking into Engineering as a career, most notably aerospace engineering. I have taken 2 classes in my school, and I am involved in the TSA (technology student association), which is the engineering club at my school. But who knows what really will happen. nickeley102
you guys should think about teaching if your not sure what you want to do/study its very rewarding if your an efficient planner you can arrive at 9 and leave at 3 its a 40 week year the day is conviently broken into 5 very managable 1hour units its never boring if your young and enthusiatic the kids will behave really well and like you become a dean or an hod and only teach 2 hours a day its an excuse not to grow up (the majority of my teaching consists of me creating stupid games and giving them stupid names) at the moment there is a real worldwide shortage (my training is free) you quite often get student teachers to work for you the pay is comparable (it actually is, people who say it isnt are not very realistic) I will start on more than my brother who is a junior partner at a large, successful law firm. its fun (it really is) naughty kids isnt an issue (i have taught in a large variety of schools) but than again if your enthusiastic about something else than i say pursue that get your degree or what and remember its a small step to becoming a teacher ii just got myself quite excited about teaching
Saru Inc
Option 1 - Ancient Civilizations Historian (I love that stuff, it's the [cabbage] lol.) Option 2 - European and or American Historian Before 1950. Option 3 - Minimum Wage worker at Panchero's. (I'd hate that, but I may get stuck with it lol.) Option 4 - Hobo at my parents house (doubt it, cuz they said I can't live there anymore when I'm 18 or something like that) Option 5 - Teacher for History Option 6 - Runescape Mod (HELLS YEA) /sarcasm Option 7 - Journalist (maybe? Not really looked into this at all really, but it could be interesting.) Option 8 - Singer\song writer. Or I'll throw all those in a hat and pick one. you guys should think about teaching if your not sure what you want to do/study its very rewarding if your an efficient planner you can arrive at 9 and leave at 3 its a 40 week year the day is conviently broken into 5 very managable 1hour units its never boring if your young and enthusiatic the kids will behave really well and like you become a dean or an hod and only teach 2 hours a day its an excuse not to grow up (the majority of my teaching consists of me creating stupid games and giving them stupid names) at the moment there is a real worldwide shortage (my training is free) you quite often get student teachers to work for you the pay is comparable (it actually is, people who say it isnt are not very realistic) I will start on more than my brother who is a junior partner at a large, successful law firm. its fun (it really is) naughty kids isnt an issue (i have taught in a large variety of schools) but than again if your enthusiastic about something else than i say pursue that get your degree or what and remember its a small step to becoming a teacher ii just got myself quite excited about teaching The hours depend on what type of school (Ele, mid, high) The pay also depends, but in USA, usually isn't that good.
