Jagex is Going to Kill Bounty Hunter.

My thought is, that there will be something like those 2 boxes, low detail and high detail, but named PVP and Safe. Just to minimize the number of people, who accidentally log onto PVP servers and lose their beloved pixels. So I think that none of the current worlds will be affected by this update, there will just be a number of new servers. Correct me if I am wrong, please.

Proof? For goodness sake JAGeX have not actually personally written to me but inference works.

 

Proof only works for those with open eyes. Those players who continue to believe that believe it is ok to RWT will now find it really tough. Good. Oh but of course it is JAGeX ruining the game.

 

I have no proof but I know that this time next year this game will have more genuine players than now and BH (which was slagged ever since introduction) will be gone.

To be honest...I had the same exact thought ever since I read the "Future PvP Updates" article.

 

 

 

Clans now have places to have returning fights, safe fights, rule constricted fights. There are free for all 'safe' arenas for those to try out their skills. There's a dangerous arena as well, for those who like a challenge. The major factor seperating Dangerous FFA and BH? Ranking systems and Classic looting.

 

 

 

Maybe they are talking about clan wars?

 

 

 

BH sucks anyway. Everyone pjs, teams and waits in the middle with a bunch of people with them. I go in there looking for a good fight, and instead 90% of the time if there is one of them they run, and with 2 of them they team me and say "ahahahahha owned nooob" before I exit the crater. Then when I get a kill I get pjed within seconds, so I got sick of it and brought in just 10 food a bow and mith arrows to pj with which is starting to bring in kills.

 

 

 

In closing, losing BH is no real loss to anyone anyway who doesn't rwt now that we are getting pvp worlds.

Why would Jagex get rid of BH anyway? Do not forget that the normal worlds will remain the same, therefore those who don't wish to get attacked from every angle everywhere can still use it. I can see them making changes though, as BH is bound to get un-popular (a bonus for RWTers). We'll have to see but if it does get removed, not many people will care.

I would've thought it's common sense that something is gonna happen to BH sooner or later after this new PVP update. Face it, most likely BH is gonna be dead after these worlds come out, leaving a nice quiet spot for RWTers to well, do some RWTing.

If it's decent people won't be wasting their time at BH, they will be PKing. So it does make sense if they removed it

WHO will be playing BH when they have brand new armor with brand new PK anywhere servers? No one. Ill be able to login and RWT easier than ever before (sarcastic example). I know people who still can RTW in the full worlds of BH, or even slightly empty ones. Now, imagine a COMPLETELY empty one. You could transfer millions within an hour on this new system.

I used to average 1-3 decent kills in about 15 (that covered the costs of the other kills and profited). If you can only get 2 kills your not that of a great pker nor have you really played BH enough to knock it. You can easily get 10+ kills in an hour.

 

 

 

Anyway..

 

 

 

If you think BH drops are stupid as hell (profit wise), wait for PvP loot. They are going to be so small and not to mention The new stuff will probably be Untradable (as they are temporary skill booster items and armours). BH will still be a viable option in my opinion and as for RWT true BH does have the possibility for it but since the changes to it recently its alot harder than it used to be.

 

 

 

I'm sure that the PvP worlds will have some aspect of RWT, but there is no reason they should change BH as the current restrictions already in place to prevent RWT will probably be far higher than that of the PvP worlds.

 

 

 

If anything they would remove BH altogether but as its on Minigame Hiscores that's not going to happen.

 

 

 

And to end.. Why would they bother making improvements to prevent RWT in BH if they could just add a different loot system? I'm sure it would have been done a long time ago.

i believe this new pvp worlds will be a better replacement than BHing ever was for the old pking. plus with their generated drops... armour, weapons, potions, etc will constantly be leaving the game and generate hopefully a high demand for these items which will be a huge boost to rs's economy
