Noob is useless, yet it is complete. Noob is... it really lost its meaning in Runescape. Noob is just a term used by idiots in Runescape. Actually, if you're asking questions because you genuinely don't know, you're technically a newb (short for newbie). That's not seen as a bad thing and those players should be gently encouraged. If you're just an idiot (how to I mine fish? Moneyz plz??) then you're a noob, and need to gain a few i.q. points. michel555555 Posted October 21, 2008 Share Posted October 21, 2008 newb or noob? a newb is generally someone whos a newbie (new to the game, doesn't know where cities are, what armours are best, etc) and should be helped whenever possible so one day they stay around and no longer are a newb. a noob is pretty much anyone who is a jerk ie the noobs who try to steal your blue dragons even though they have no chance and even though you offer to share :evil: or the people who just walk around calling everyone els a noob.
