Rebdragon
Anything intense, but not so far that you're getting into death metal or any of that crap (ya, went there). But honestly, if you're still listening to the music seriously even thirty seconds after you put the headphones on, you aren't working out hard enough. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series. Well I've found that listening to indie rock bands are not the best work out music because it just doesn't getting you in the right mentality to work out. You don't want to be lifting to a band like Coldplay (just an example everyone would know). I do recall myself working out to fleet foxes and Vampire Weekend once, though. But 90% of the time its either hip-hop or electric for me.
pennywise
I usually just put I'm Too Sexy on repeat while working out for motivational purposes. *ahem* I usually listen to Motorhead or Welcome to Jamrock(album) by Damian Marley. I just blast them on my stereo and enjoy it. Eight Bananas, MD.

aquariusman
Daft Punk, the Alive 2007 album. Pretty much anything with a good solid bass line. When I'm looking for pump-up music, I focus on the bass, as that's what I found matters. Or something that's just awesome to headbang to. There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. Thatregret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new, better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret. It's experience.
