Daviduhlich
Well, more inventory spaces would let you carry more stuff. I thought that was obvious, but nobody seems to have mentioned it. For sake of argument, on RSC there was/is 30 inventory spaces. When the switch over to RS2 happened and the inventory slots were reduced to 28, this did not cause prices of raw materials/drops to increase. So I don't think that having 30 spaces, again, would effect anything... at all. But back then, you had your hatchet/pickaxe/whatever in you're inventory with you, and for a short time, you needed to carry a sleeping bag. So we're down to 28 again. Also, you could only get notes for maybe 15 different items, and you had to get them converted one inventory at a time. And you couldn't run, either. Also, there were no whips or dragon weapons, so you had to whack away at random event monsters with your rune 2h sword. Of course, there were no random events, either. bedman
more drops for the people hunting at GWD would mean that they would make more money. so what if the price dropped a little. I would rather get a d chain 50 percent of the time that cost 3m than 10 percent for 5m. You don't get it do you. The longer the trip=more chance of drop=lots of drops=less profit=gwd and monster hunting pointless. Plus, everyone who is too damn lazy to make cash will be able to afford everything. Its also possible to get a 99quicker which will blow for the whole RS since everyone will have a 99 in a shorter period of time with 30+ invent spaces than 28spaces. Longer trips = being logged on longer. It doesnt really speed up things. People are already doing 5h + GWD trips. The 30min needed to get kill counts is neglible then. IronSupacow
I think it would be best if the amount of inventory space you have is relative to the amount of weight you are carrying. For instance, you should be able to carry more shrimp in your inventory than steel platebodies. Yomyth105
another what if... question  Of course the extra slots would be useful when you are doing any skill. The prices of things will drop, but it wouldn't matter if your a skiller trying to make a profit because you have those extra slots...
FellonyNoob
i would assume many levels would raise, bringing the high score requirements up, (rc, etc.) prices of items would probably raise, with the cause of inflation because of so many inv slots for people with more money :). its a chain effect :twss:
being_true
i havent read through the 5 pages but i completely disagree with this... this is goin to make the game easier for people to solo monsters since they have more space for supplies in return lowering prices of drops and highering supplies. not to mention it makes fire cape easier for everyone to get its already capable of like lvl 50s to get lets not make it easier if u want more space raise summoning how about that 98% Of teenagers surround their minds with rap music, if you're part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature, ROCK IS BETTER! Inuashakent
You really can't compare BoB spaces with inventory spaces, as they are not useful in all situations, plus it limits your other choices of familiars. Even 1 or 2 inventory spaces will definitely alter much of Runescape. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]

Erichermit
I recall that when I started playing, you had up to 30 inventory slots. However, equipped items still took up a spot, so in a way you had less space. I think it'd make a difference, but one not really so profound. Do you hate Wyverns or Warped Terrorbirds? Think again! cookie1762
I don't see how a few extra spaces would make the runescape market fall. Especially in combat, a few extra peices of food would not help you stay all that much longer. And like someone else said, the drops rates of monsters wouldn't change. http://sign.tip.it/1/6/24/304/lady_scm.png Drops/Clue Finds:Shield left half: 1,Dragon plateskirt: 1, Warrior's Helm: 1, Obsidian Cape: 1, Robin Hood Hat: 1, Dragon Platelegs: 1, Dragon Boots: 4, Amulet of Ranging:
witchylucy
I would'nt mind if it had the normal 28 spots, but maybe if we could have 4 or 8 rune spots, specifically runes and nothing else. You could choose what ever runes you wanted. i find my runes tend to take up a bit of space tht I could use for other stuff, especially on long quests. Saru Inc
You're not getting my point. If you had an IQ above room temperature you would. Longer trips mean more drops, more drops means lower price. Completely off topic, but I saw a pop up saying Einstein had an iq of 28. So uhh what room are YOU in? I agree with what PureWcNub is saying, that while ye s faster xp, everything would drop in price. I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001. 8112204
Better for EVERYTHING, except maybe the economy as prices may change. I would prefer the slots to stay the same, a major update to 30 or 32 slots would kill the economy, and I don't like that, although I wouldn't go against 30+ slots either as after the economy unbalance I would have more space to use 8-)
