EdgedThesis
There's a certain singular sense to circles, more so than regular squares that look as if they are meant to be stacked amongst other squares, all depressingly the same. Squares conjure up images of the mundane, things built by humanity. A circle, an orb, brings to mind something a little bit more celestial. Anyway. But I don't want to go among mad people!Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here..."

Well... that could be compromising if they could make a diamond shaped like that  Very stylish Laura, market companies could use a girl with opinions like you  The only people who tell you that you can't do something are those who have already given up on their own dreams so feel the need to discourage yours. soulglowactivatur
You can fit a circle into a square but you can't fit a square into a circle. (if they were the same size) Family Force
How2PK
It depends on my mood. In the morning I can like a circle better, but in the evening a square can look better. So I must say that I don't prefer one above the other. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore! Racheya
It's not a cirquare! It' a squircle! I remember singing a song about squircles several years ago... Anywho. I would say a square because it's easier to calculate the area of. And squares are stackable to that makes them fun. And they can be the shape of lego bricks (If you don't count the sticky-outy-bits). But calculating the square of something or the square root fails. Circles are funner and are the shape of disks and like the Firefox logo and the shape of pizza so... Circles it is! I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. I rarely write in [My Blog]. Lenin64
Doesn't need to be sharp to cause an injury, hammers do blunt objects justice in terms of that. It's a circle, but it can still smash someones head to pieces :D Smash, yes, but as I said before: can you dig through a chest cavity with a circle? No. Why? because it has no points to dig in with. Are we talking 2-D objects here, or 3-D? Because you certainly can't do jack with a sphere. But a cube would be even more useful in that aspect. And a mustachioed badger with a pipe would be pretty sharp ;) Think outside the box Lenin, no pun intended. A sphere of highly dense metal can make for a good blunt weapon or a good throwing weapon  True, but a crushing weapon has less chance of skin rupture and more chance of simply bruising (on the outside, obviously internal damage is more). A squares corners are better for cutting and gashing. Obviously you would want a triangle to maximize bloodshed, but since this is between square and circle, I'm going with square. And Companion Cube officially wins the thread. Sure, there was a Companion sphere on hard mode, but still, that thing was a load of suck. Command the Murderous Chalices! Lenin64
Kranked specifically mentioned a dense sphere, though. But yes, a flat circle, especially when rotated at high velocity, does slice very well. Command the Murderous Chalices! muuuuuuuuuu
Circles are cooler because squares, by definition, don't have any cool greek symbols like pi in the formula for their areas.

RpgGamer
Although the circle is important, the square is much more fundamental, where the circle is more of a luxury. I'm going with square.
