I always kind of liked the scene from system shock 2 where SHODAN first appears, but she comes off as way too serious and arrogant. Quote from GLaDOS: "Your entire life has been a mathematical error. A mathematical error, I'm about to correct." <- Made me lol. Epic win. One of my favorite scenes has to be the attack of the silver dragons scene from FFIX, mainly because of the music. Epic stuff there.
