The Observer
If didn't do it intentionally, then I don't see a problem. It was an accident. Accidents happen. I wonder what baby bunnies were doing in your lawn anyways. Tough luck there.
Wizz
If your going to hell for killing 2 bunnies then I'm going to hell for killing 3 Goldfish, 2 kitties, 1 rabbit, and 2 gerbils. The goldfish I tough they're food was to plain so I added salt. The kitties fell off the balcony and the other one was crushed by a box. The rabbit dies because I had no Idea it had to eat it's own feces to survived so it died of hunger. The two gerbils died because I fed them a Jalapeno. indy500fan
I've probably accidentally killed 7 or 8 bunnies over the years at work. Injured a few too. The first time it happened it was kind of sad, it wasn't quite dead yet and I didn't want to leave it like that so I got a shovel and hit it really hard. All the other ones that were basically dead but not quite there yet I just run over with the mower again to chop them up, it's quicker than suffering to death. If I injure them really bad while trimming then I just get the shovel again. Then there are a few that get injured, but don't look all that bad. They will most likely die also from another animal getting them but I don't bother them, just in case they survive. My first garden pond I added a little too much copper sulfate to. Killed about 20 goldfish, I did save 4 however. EDIT: I think the first time I hit the bunnies I hit three all at once, two died right away and one I had to hit with the shovel.
sohkmj1
You can't murder rabbits. Even if you could, it was an accident. Next time you find something like this, kill them instantly. it hurts them less.

Riku3220
If you've ever killed a fly, which I'm sure most everyone in the world has, then it shouldn't feel any different.
Deiophobus
No you are not a murderer, that term only applies to the destruction of another human being. Why feel bad that you killed a living creature? This is completely natural. The dominant species kills the lesser. The method in which you killed them probably did not cause them an immense amount of pain, I imagine your lawn mower (I assume it is gas powered) eviscerated them rather quickly. But their method of death is not consequential, it has the same effect as if you had speared them with a sharpened flint point. In short: chill out bro. obfuscator
I don't believe that murder can apply to an animal. If you legitimately didn't see them then you didn't do anything wrong. Even though it isn't murder to kill an animal, there is no need for them to die needlessly. armourdilo
I felt sickly just reading that, I'd hate to see the real thing. You may have been responsible for killing them accidentally, but you did nothing wrong, it was an accident. You can rest a little easier knowing that. duncdar2
Being a bow hunter myself, I feel no remorse for killing any other living being*. As long as you use the resources the animal provides, there's nothing wrong with it. I hate wounding an animal with an arrow and not killing it because I know it will die and I won't be able to use its corpse's products. Cold hearted killing without any real reason just for the heck of it and leaving an animal for dead is wrong in my opinion. Even if it is accidental. You could've atleast ripped(cut) it's left front leg and use at a charm.** *Of course I'm excluding humans. **"Hey look at me! CowsEatFood
Heck, even if it wasn't an accident it wouldn't be extremely bad in my book. Bunnies don't get very much from my care cup due to how many plants I've had to replace after a bunny nomfest. Even my cats are better than them, since they don't chew very many plants. I don't like how they dig in the planters to take a [beep] however. Here is my mostly accidental animal kill count btw (my dad's is substantially higher, although more of his were on purpose): Mice stepped on: 2 Kittens: 1 (was actually this morning, it was dying so I put it out of its misery) Bunnies mown over: 3 Snakes mown over: 4+
Nenga
Just go to war, there you get glorified for being a murderer, as long as you're good at it. Animals die all the time. Everything dies, you didn't change the fact it would've died, so don't worry about it. I've mown over two bunnies before. Ponies!

tintin113
TWO KILL STREAK No but seriously, you killed two bunnies by accident, big deal? It's not like you did it deliberately. A killer/muderer is someone who kills other people deliberately, and I guess this could losely include animals too, but you didn't kill them deliberately, so no you're not a killer. People kill things accidentally all the time, I bet I've stood on hundreds of spiders and bugs and insects and things and not even known I've killed them, I know it was a horrible experience for you with the gore of it all, but you're not a killer. Furah
Are they considered a pest in your area? They are in Australia. Either way, don't feel bad about it, you had no idea that they were there. Just be happy in the knowledge that you killed a pest and they can't destroy any more gardens. Steam | PM me for BBM PIN Nine naked men is a technological achievement. Quote of 2013.
