I really liked the new font, thought it was crisp and clean - especially the numbers. :thumbup:

If they just changed '0' and 'Y' back I wouldn't mind it at all.

I leave for a few months and come to see this... (not to mention I bought members before I even logged on... in 145days :( ) I like the interface, I just hope members will keep me hooked for these two months cause I paid for it, not my parents :lol:

Jagex should have really done a vote to decide which font to keep, or at least made it a graphical option.

 

 

 

I was getting really tired with the old font and loved the new one when it was released. Now a day later Jagex want to change it back because everyone who didn't like it had to spam the forums with complaints.

 

 

 

Honestly I don't see how it is so hard to distinguish between an eight and a zero. One has a diagonal slash the other is horizontal.

 

 

 

It's just another case of people bugging Jagex until they get their way.

 

 

 

Now I'll just have to make do with the same old font again. -.-

But, you just want to be a super cool rebel and go against the majority because "you were getting tired of the old font."

Layout would be alright IF THE INVENTORY BUTTON WAS CENTERED!

I don't mind it much really, but I prefer the old font.

Not a big fan of the new font, oh well.

Your right how I wouldn't have noticed if they didn't change it, my point is that the new font is good in my opinion because it looks nice to me and gives a nice change to the game menus. Honesty it's not the end of the world what font is in the game so I'll just accept whatever is there.

 

 

 

If the majority does like the old font then by all means change it back, I have no problem with that. But if a large amount do like the new font then it can be disappointing for them to have it changed back when they prefer the new one.

 

 

 

It seems so trivial how we're all arguing over something as simple as the font in the game when there are so many more important things that need fixing. Now that I think of it that way I don't really care what font is in the game, whatever Jagex does I'll just accept it. Besides I'd rather them fix something like the 26k trick or price manipulating than the font. :

New font is/was epic aswell. The RuneScape population are like a bunch of babies, one little change and they ball their eyes out until everything is back to how it was.

i like the new style, i think most of the ppl are mad about the f-keys being change the new style is pretty slick imo, though i hate those dam zeros now not to mention W's are changed as well

i cant stand the new fonts tbh, the xp page is nasty :o

They said they were bringing back the old one but this is definitely not exactly like it. If you look on the xp page like neonnutter93 said it looks horrible!

 

 

 

The 8 and 9 look awkward like they're not the same font.

It will take some getting used to, but all in all I like it.

i love the new interface, so much cleaner and just better to look at in general
