mackenzie14
Only skills that bot can ruin is woodcutting and mining. I mean like slow your xpd down or just annoy. Due to the fact, that I'm already 99 wc and mining can be done at wilderness, they don't bother me at individual level. And when I did wc, then were very little bots at Maze. //I'm really unsocial and like to do my skills alone and at my own speed, that's why I hate dungeoneering and all of my 44 levels are soloed. 581st to Cooking 99 [June 2005]-------------71537th to Hitpoints 99 [December 2009]233rd to Firemaking 99 [February 2006]----65875th to Defence 99 [February 2010]822nd to Woodcutting 99 [March 2006]------95249th to Attack 99 [April 2010]576th to Fishing 99 [september 2006]-------14016th to Crafting 99 [January 2011]83541st to Strength 99 [May 2009]----------124340th to Magic 99 [June 2011]23885th to Smithing 99 [september 2011]--XXXXXXth to Ranged 99 [October 2012] F2p forever ... Nuffbutmage
Hey guys, here's a little challenge for anyone interested; especially if you like to PvM/Revenants.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=raPxfSeqf-c --The following is all in the video, converted to text form-- The Objective:- Score points by killing as many revenants in a single trip as you possibly can.- Points earned correspond to the revenant's combat level. - e.g. Revenant ork (level 105) will earn 105 points. Scoring is complex... Your score will depend on 4 factors! IWhen you kill a revenant, your points go up by its combat level. II- Killing in ascending order of combat level for the entire duration of your submission will DOUBLE your final score. e.g. Revenant Imp (7) + Revenant Goblin (15) + Revenant Goblin (22) = 44 x 2 = 88 points e.g. Revenant Imp (7) + Revenant Goblin (22) + Revenant Goblin (15) = 44 x 1 = 44 points- If you choose to do this, you must start on the imp.- If you manage to kill all the way up to the knight, start again on the imp! Your score will still be doubled. III- Your final score will then be divided by (your combat level ÷ 100). e.g. If your combat level is 105, your score will be divided by 1.05 e.g. If your combat level is 75, your score will be divided by 0.75 (it increases!) IV- As an act of courage or stupidity alike, dying will increase your score by 10%!- An additional maximum of 10% bonus points can be earned depending on how much I like your video! This bonus may also be awarded for visual appeal, creativity in fighting style, or anything else that makes your video stand out! However, it will only be awarded if your video is exceptionally done. Rules:1. Your challenge must be completed on an F2P server.2. The presence of another player in the video will automatically void your submission.3. You may use any equipment, supplies, and prayers as you wish.4. Once you enter the area, you may not turn back at any point. You may not log out. Leaving in any way will automatically end your submission and your final score will be tallied up to that point.5. You may not pick up anything apart from your own ammunition and loot from a kill. Submissions:- Your submission will be entitled "Isthatok's RSC 1 - Submission by <yournamehere>"- To submit your video, post it as a video response to this video.- Maximum 15 minutes in length, but your clip may be sped up to a maximum of 200%. - All submissions MUST include the following: - Your current Runescape username, as which you will be recognized. - Say or indicate your combat level - A SINGLE and UNCUT in-game clip, which includes: - Gameplay screen visible at all times (moving the camera off-screen is unacceptable). - Entire clip must be adequately visible (no super blurry effects, cut scenes, etc.) - Editing and captions may be used and are encouraged as long as it does not violate any rules. - You are not required to show your inventory window, chat window, or radar. Additional Information- Anyone can enter!- This competition has no determined ending date- The highscores will be annotated into the end of this video- Bragging rights goes to those who make the highscores! Good luck! Wow amazing idea, I'll try my best to get my combat stats up soon (perhaps after 99 prayer), I don't feel like entering the competition with 63 def :S. Should be worth a try, even if I am not really into Rev Hunting. F2p's fastest leveling person :), check out my blog:My Goal-thread to max F2P within a year and a half :P. mackenzie14
Where do you get the 55k mining xp? (I'm just curious, from now on I'll be banking my ore in the dwarven mines.)Hobgoblin mine iron ores. Lots of mining urns and nature runes. Low alch ores during mining. But this is only theoretical, because you can only hold 22 urns which is 1034 ores and then you need to bank, which takes at least 5 minutes and crushes the 55k pace. Without urns its 45,8k per hour, also very good. I did some calculations and if the banking takes 5 minutes, then you can get near 50k per hour. I'll have to time banking time to be sure. Youmu
Don't forget to use canoes to approach the mine, as well as using cabbage-port to tele once you hit level 20 wildy. ;) Oh and wilderness activities should be done on low-pop worlds generally. Speaking of which, I plan on writing a guide on stuff to do in free play wilderness. But I have to finish my dung guide first :s BlogTrimmed | Master Quester | Final BossBoss pets: Bombi | Shrimpy | Ellie | Tz-Rek Jad | Karil the Bobbled | Mega Ducklings120s: Dungeoneering | Invention

Speaking of which, I plan on writing a guide on stuff to do in free play wilderness. But I have to finish my dung guide first :sYeah, that was my plan also, banking time is actually about the same, that I predidted, maybe a little over 5 minutes. And wilderness mining is better with 1000+ player worlds, then you don't have to wain for ores. And I'm thinking, that via dungeoneering teleport and varrock teleport, it might be even faster banking. Pkers aren't a threat also, there is practically no way that I can die there. Only if 5+ hi level different combat type player try to kill me, but that is highly unlikely. Lower levels might be in danger though. Youmu
I mine in the spot where you can mine 4 rocks in 2 squares, so the rocks constantly spawn as soon as you mine the 4th one. I did this in BH+1 worlds before they were removed, and they were relatively empty, for the most part... Also, shall us Dragoons register for this clan thing? wormy
It unfortunately takes up a space, but body altar tab puts you about the same distance from a bank as cabbage, and closer to the waka-man.

I hear iron ingot I is best and then do burial armour with it, is that right?Well, if you're using iron ingots you won't need coal. But yeah, all you need is ores and a hammer. Iron i is something like -2gp/exp and 40k exp/h. Using iron iii you can get something like 100k exp/h but at -6gp/exp. I have no idea about the other ones though. And if you forget a hammer there is always one on the bench at the entrance.

ilovecuttingyews
So which one is best, im pretty wealthy?Well, how much exp are you planning on gaining? EDIT: I did some calculating and came up with this. The exp/h is aproximate going by 350 ingots/h which is what I think I averaged. Ingot ---gp/exp (no bonus) --- gp/exp (bonus) ----- exp/hiron i ----------- 1.24 ------------------- 1.13 -------------- 40kiron ii ---------- 5.57 ------------------- 5.06 --------------- 75kiron iii ---------- 6.25 ------------------- 5.68 --------------- 90ksteel i --------- 4.36 ------------------- 3.96 ---------------- 50ksteel ii --------- 8.15 ------------------- 7.41 --------------- 90ksteel iii -------- 12.89 ----------------- 12.62 --------------- 125k

But I also got 75-85 smithing superheating bars for profit because I didn't want to lose Gp even though at the time I had like 100M. So I'm probably a bad person to ask because I do both the cheap/slow and the fast/expensive methods of training depending on the day.You need to ask yourself. Is an extra 6.5M worth the 17.2H saved? (I've been losing it lately, I blame it on exam stress). I used the chart on http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Artisans_Workshop for the GP and exp values.EDIT: Oh I see what's wrong. RuneWiki is late on their price updates and I used your given exp of 1.3M instead of the exact value of 1.245M. I think those are enough to mess up the numbers. Oh well...mine still serve a nice 'rough estimate' I suppose.
