Star_Fox
Surely those 90's Integras aren't worth that much US? I suppose if ones in really good condition with low kms... I would suggest against buying Integras older than the RSX. Good cars, but leave it by urban areas and it's bound to get stolen within days. I believe the GSR Integra goes for around $2,500 for the mid to late nineties and around $3,500 to $4,500 for the early 2000s.
jasignhagj
Spork: Get one of these You can't tell me it doesn't look good. And it can back up it's looks too (more in the handling category instead of straightline speed). Most used (in stock form as seen above) go between 6000-8000. And it holds its resale value VERY well. That pretty nice. Excuse my car ignorance, but it is a civic, right?

It's a branch from the model Civic but more power, sport, and the VTEC. ALOOOOT of people are after Si because of the VTEC but the issue is that the Si only comeswith the coupe style (which may yield higher insurance) and is subject to high theft rates. Blake
The craigslist in my hometown has a Ferrari Enzo listed :o it's legit from a dealer, with a video. They even start it up, and it's the best sound I've ever heard. It's listed at just under a million dollars. Everyone pool our money????
Kaphias
I'd recommend against the Chevy, as 07 was just before the big three started to ramp up their quality. For anything except the very late 2000s, buy a foreign car. I hate Hondas personally, but a Civic would be a great choice. (Especiallythose that are older than 2001) I like it. There's a nice looking '99 one for sale in my city for $3300. The only disadvantage is it's already got 200,000 km on it. Not that it will still be for sale by the time I can afford it, but would that be a good price? Insurance isn't a big deal (Yay for socialist insurance :P), and I wouuldn't be leaving it anywhere it would be stolen easily.
Star_Fox
^ That's a very good deal for an Si. The 99-00 Si are more in demand than newer Si because of tuning and its accessibilityfor Turbo. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about mileage on Hondas and Toyotas unless they're like 21+ years old or something. As long as you can afford to maintain them, you should be fine with high miles. Pretty much any car needs maintenance. [bleep] the silly ads saying otherwise.

I suppose if ones in really good condition with low kms...Uhh, that blue one is a Civic :P And they're relatively rare compared to the base models, AND about 80% better. Worth the price if you find an unmolested one. I believe the GSR Integra goes for around $2,500 for the mid to late nineties and around $3,500 to $4,500 for the early 2000s.You are correct on the 1992 GS-R Integra, but for the 94-01 GS-R Integra, you're off by about $2500. They're great cars, high theft targets, and (like with the Civic Si) relatively rare compared to base model Integras. But they're better than the 99-00 Civic Si. ~ 3,072nd to 99 Mining on August 30th, 2009 ~~ 112,084th to 99 Magic on April 16th, 2011 ~~ 131,681st to 99 Crafting on March 29, 2019 ~~ 178,385th to 99 Prayer on April 2, 2019 ~~ 234,921st to 99 Defence on May 9, 2019 ~~ 173,480th to 99 Herblore on June 21, 2019 ~~ 155,160th to 99 Smithing on July 16, 2019 ~

Simple example is out of the 11 brand new computers we had at work, all Dells, 7 of them had parts changed (motherboard for 2 of them) The computers are only 7 months old. And I wonder why you say Japanese, as far as I know Asus is not from Japan.

KittyKat
What's the point of buying a non utilitarian car?I've ridden in a Porsche 911, and the novelty of speeding and how cool it looks wore off in like 20 minutes. Also, what's with the aftermarket spoilers? Unless you do some serious street racing, all that does is draw the attention of cops and make you look like a tool. I will put my boots on. I will pass on down the corridor.

mcneilp
What's the point of buying a non utilitarian car?Loads of reasons, some people like the look of a sports car better than a pickup/people carrier. Others enjoy the act of driving so a small, rear wheel sports car will be more fun to drive than a hefty family estate car.I know a few people who have a daily driver car, something they use to take the kids to school, go for the shopping etc and a less practical (a TVR, in my friends case) car for taking out at the weekends and going to a track day or taking it on a jaunt across the country. Unless you do some serious street racing, all that does is draw the attention of cops and make you look like a tool. For street racers, spoilers control the air flow of the vehicle, giving you better steering at high speeds (like 90-100 mph). On local speeds, it doesn't really make a difference. I can't picture a middle aged mother having her grocery getterinstalled one. They are usually for punk drivers or young naive people thinking spoilers is the "way" for 2 door cars and convertibles.
