I would say at least more than 1 person likes anime, so it's something *shrug*.

TF2 Servers. For two reasons:

 

All tonight each one I go to has had crashing issues.

 

The second is something called "Sv_pure 1". basically it forces your TF2 client to use stock imagery, models and sounds. It causes insane sound rape due to it, weapon's graphics screwing up, and to top it off, CRASHES ALL THE TIME. WHY IN THE NAME DID VALVE EVER CREATE SUCH A FRUSTRATING SERVER MECHANISM?!

I *HATE* Sv_Pure 1 servers... I never play on them lol.

People in my classes who complain about work annoy me, particularly in my extended French class. Yes, we have to do extra work because we're in a demanding program. It's been this way for 6 freaking years now. Get over it.

They whine and complain and it drives me insane :|

A follow up to this: I asked them to change my course details on their system from a 3-year course to 4 years. Today I found out they've kept it at 3 years, but changed my personal details to state I'm from Bangladesh. I have no idea why.

I rang them up two times to change my mum's and dad's email address because when my brother signed up last year, the [wagon] that he is didn't keep any details. First they put ranjgeet (should say ranjeet) even when I spelt it out so the second time I did all that R for rover, A for apple, N for November crap and then they still changed it to ranjbeet.

 

 

Also, I don't talking to people with strong accents on the phone. Especially a Scottish accent, can't understand a word they say.

I'm the same. Face to face I'm fine, but on the phone I can't understand people quite often, and end up missing details of what they're saying. Maybe I could work for student finance

As annoying as that may be, this does raise the question of just how exactly what were you doing that you even managed to get a trailer to fishtail in the first place?

My dad and I apparently loaded the trailer wrong. It was a little bit heavier in the back than in the front, causing the imbalance. Thank God no serious damage was done. Now I'm back on the road on my way to California.

 

We just left the trailer back at my grandparents' house to prevent future screw ups. Smartest idea ever.

I guess that would do it. I was having visions of you tearing through a corner or something :lol:

 

What I hate are high capacity single axle trailers, because they bounce when their unloaded. Boat trailers for medium large boats are pretty big offenders, when the boat is just small enough to not have that second axle.

You just have to put as much weight as you can over the axel.

- Best Buy advertises Game 1 for $12, but no stores nearby carry it. I can order it online, but store pickup is the only option... Which leads back to the first problem. Game 2 is apparently sold out everywhere.

- Gamestop does have both games, but they sell used copies for more than new copies at pretty much any other retailer.

- Amazon makes Gamestop look honest, with the prices for used copies of Game 1 ranging from "More than double what the game sold for on day 1" and "You're shitting me. You have to be".

 

I then gave up on getting my hands on Game 1. There is still a small amount of hope for 2.

After 3 years of searching, I finally found somebody that sold it to me for $5. It was the last of the games I needed to have the complete collection.

Talking about honest prices...

 

The ones that get me are when people have sales in the 60-80% range (60 is normally the highest I see, but Cleaves Sporting Goods isn't afraid to go 80). What this tells me, is that for a store like Cleaves when they do their 80% off sale, that everything they have on sale is normally being sold at more than 500% markup. Now, they do these huge sales a couple times a year I find, at least one of which they will rent out an arena becuase they can't fit enough of the sale merchandise in the store and still be able to stock fast enough, so I am guessing they still make pretty good money at 1/5th the normal price. What this tells me is that the actual markup is probably bouncing around between 600-800%, and there are probably a few gems in the store that are over 1000%. Needless to say, I wont even step foot in their store unless they are practically giving things away (that's how I got my new sneakers. Buy one pair [on sale] and get another pair free because we're still pretty much robbing you blind).

 

My point being, the bigger the sale, the more I feel like they are rubbing in their usual wallet snatching prices in my face.
