Yeah guys please use spoilers when discussing specific story stuff like that.

Bruce Willis was a ghost the whole time... have fun with that.

I actually haven't seen that movie lol.

I keep selling all my soul gems. Don't have much of an inkling to train enchanting or alchemy atm...

I used to do that, but now I'm starting to find both of them very interesting.

Shame I still don't know how to recharge enchanted weapons that ran out. UESPwiki says pressing R on a filled soul gem should do it, but nothing happens to me. Is there someone I should talk to before being able to recharge stuff myself?

I haven't really found any need for enchanted weapons yet. Through levelling my one handed skill, I'm able to wipe the floor with most enemies in a few hits. I have a few grand soul gems saved but my dragon armour is all already enchanted so I don't really have the need to enchant anything. The wizard in Whiterun usually has a couple for sale.

When I went to my inventory and highlighted an enchanted weapon, it said which button to press to recharge (R2 for PS3).

I'll just stick to dungeon crawling. Soul gems are too expensive for my taste :P

I've never really found anything too expensive. I'm at a stage now where money is nothing to me, and I've bought a few 2000+ gold weapons/armour pieces simply to dismantle them for their enchantments, even though I don't use them. I wouldn't mind some large things to spend the money on later in the game. Owning a shop would be cool (building, not wife).

The only thing I'm fairly disappointed with in Skyrim is something which is probably quite picky. I find it quite annoying that there aren't dragon weapons at all. So far I have found no explanation as to why either, they just don't exist. While Daedra weapons look good, they don't quite match my armour any more, and are a pain to create due to the scarcity of daedra hearts.

Go to Solitude, and find the store with the lady who sells secondary ingredients. It's across from the general store, anyways she sells 1 daedra heart. If you need multiples just buy one and wait outside the store for 48 hours then rinse and repeat. I made a Daedric Plate and a Daedric sword this way and the hearts are only like 700 gp. Ebony ingots are like 420 gp in Whiterun at the smith.

In other news, I got 100 smithing by buying iron ore and ingots in white-run and waiting 48 hours to buy more over and over. It cost like 10k and only took an hour or so. I also finished the Winterhold mages guild quests and the Civil war quests. Loving the game and i'm like 41 hours in and only starting Act II of the main story.

Just beat the thieves guild. Interesting story, but not as fun as in IV.

I really wish Umbra were in this game. Also, any idea just how to "enhance" the Ebony Blade Mephala (or whatever her name was) gives you?

You have to kill "friends", which I assume means people who have agreed to follow you around.

Would this game be hard to get into if I've never played any other Elder Scrolls games before? I've just lurked the last couple pages and it sounds really cool, but confusing.

Not really. It's easy enough to get into.

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

expansions or DLCs (that's what they are called nowdays right?) are becoming more and more common like rebooting a game that does not need reboot (Tomb Raider reboot being in contrast).

I hope there will come out a full pack of Skyrim for Ps3 with all the expansions/DLCs included.

I can't bother to buy a game online

And i rather wait with buying Skyrim for other important reasons.

I played a little bit of Oblivion (the previous game) but had no real experience when I started Skyrim. It's easy enough to learn though, and most of what I'd assume you're taking to be confusing elements is just due to the fact that the game area is so large. You can do whatever you want in the game in any order (with the exception or needing to do prerequisite quests.)

Why won't dragons leave me alooooooone. I don't want any more of their souls but they keep attacking me. ;_;

Playing perhaps the most boring race/class atm. Imperial two-handed swordsman, haha. Next run will probably be a stealthy archer. This game is so great.

You can use their bones/scales for dragon smithing too.

Are you genuinly confused or just want some attention? If the first then be spesific about what you do not understand.

I didn't understand either. From what I understand you dislike DLC. However, you then go on to say that you can't buy a game online so I assume you have no internet which is why you hate DLC's? If so thats a terrible reason to hate added content. Also, waiting for a GOTY edition with all DLC's might take years.
