I do think if they are more advanced and come here they might not harm us but actually help us. Or the movies can be right and make life a living ****. If you watch some of thoughs alien shows and say we have been visited already. That might be true and the goverment is covering it up. Other than the fact that the government isn't one allknowing entity. People that work for the government are real people with wives and husbands even. The title is "Spaceships of the Pleiades: The Billy Meier Story" if anyone is interested in looking it up. I was honestly surprised no one even mentioned Billy Meier yet. Because he claims to get frequent visits from the Pleiades... Which is a far more intellectual being then even we are. They've even gone as far as to make predictions of events that have happened and events that are yet to come. Some of which being World War 3 and even the end of our world. Whether this guy is legit or not... I believe in him to a point. Some of the things I don't want to believe... for the simple fact that the end of the world has been predicted to end in 2012 (not very far away). Pretty creepy stuff. I'm guessing you mean load of crap by saying "load"? Thats just you're opinion. I've seen images that suggest otherwise though. Not suggesting everything is completely accurate, but I believe some of it to a point. I don't mind opinions, but thats a pretty baseless opinion to me. People like Billy Meier are very ill, they arnt lying in the sense that they genuinely belive what they say is true, but its not. And i was like :shock: as it showed the whole unedited film at the end of it of those scientist dudes in those radioactive suits cutting that girl alien apart (that was suposdly one of the ones in the roswell crash). And im not completly sure if that was real even though it looked like it, but I still beleive in them nonetheless.. terley Posted December 30, 2005 Share Posted December 30, 2005 sorry if i lose anyone here... ill begin from the start The universe was theoreticly created from a build up of mass and gravity which suddenly gave way and caused the big bang... noone knows how the mass and gravity was there in the first place but we know what happened afterwards... the explosion caused the creation of the universe which is still expanding do this day... the theory of planets was thought of by crashing debree and rocks from the bang crashing together and forming masses of VERY high temprature rocks eventually cooling down.. stars are formed from hydrogen and helium but thats kinda too complicated to go into... life on planets was basicly formed from certian elements in certian tempretures and enviroments... im not 100% how the planet got water on it but still... we started from single celled aemoebas and over millions of years evolved into what we are today.. and we are still evolving as i type this message... the universe is still expanding to lengths unemaginable compared to all scientific minds.. we will never know how big the universe is... but we do know there are BILLIONS of galaxys and solar systems just like ours that have planets on that can sustain life.. there is NO reason why there cant be aliens and itd be stupid to say otherwise but theres 1 problem.. alot of religions rely on the fact that we are the only life in the universe.. and if we did discover aliens lots of religions will cease to exist.. and cause pandemonium... sorry if i lost you.. im just a very passionate thinker about the universe.. and i read alot... ~ter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Herd that on the discovery channel... or maybe that was the history channel... Actually the rise of the anti christ has been predicted soon as well, I think. And with that would be the rise of Christ... blah blah blah. I didn't catch all of it, it didn't exactly intrest me, but it really sucked my step dad in. They stated something that completely conflicted with everything they said, so I basically dismissed most thoughts of it from my head. lol Cmon you cant seriously belive him. The thing about the whole Billy Meier deal is he just didn't come out and say that the end of the world would be this year. 2012 is about 6 years away... And incase you didn't notice... this year in hurricane season alone... we (as in the Continental United States) ran out of names for hurricanes, we had to start naming them after the Greek Alphabet (I believe it was). Two of those hurricanes were extremely bad ones. So much so that an entire city was practically submerged in water... Now granted, New Orleans was basically land below sea level, but it makes you wonder whether the next couple of years could get more rough. Not only that, but some other place was hit by a Tsunami (I forget the name, so many disasters in one year, its overwhelming). Factor in the possibility of another World War... we could all basically destroy eachother long before the "end of the world". And if the Iraq situation isn't handled properly... it could very well end up being WWIII. Just a few things you need to take into consideration there friend. Some woman believes aliens are sending her messages about some pole shift, that will be caused by 12th planet which also has aliens on it; these aliens were worshipped as gods in the ancient times. It was meant to happen in May 2003, when that came and gone she said the aliens were just testing people for when it really happens. From what I understand about Billy Meier is he actually gets messages via telepathy (like the woman you described) plus they also pay him visits. Wish I had the link to the images I saw that he claims to have personally took himself. It was very interesting. Like I said before... I don't completely believe everything the man says, but its kind of hard to completely dismiss everything. Even if it does sound as if it would never happen. Back on topic: i beleave that there is definety other life forms on other planets, whether or not they are anything more than single cell organisimz doesnt matter. Though if theres a chance they are, why wouldnt there be the same chance that there was a species or planets filled with species or galaxys filled with multiple intelligent species that have been around for so long that space travle is like walking to them. There may be a far more advanced species with no interest at all in space travle. Or there might not be anything at all.
