We will look to resolve this as soon as possible. If you get the message 'your account is already logged in' when trying to log into another world, then this is nothing to panic about. When a server crashes, your character can remain locked in the game for a minimum of 30 minutes or until the servers are brought back online. This is simply because the server is unable to send logout packets to the log-in servers so they don't know that the player is no longer connected. It's based on your system clock (the windows one in right down corner.
