Kimberly Posted October 1, 2012 Share Posted October 1, 2012 Apparently because the dart doesn't offer exp, if someone else does damage on what you're trying to kill, no matter how small, they'll get the drop. Saw this on reddit, so fair warning to anyone thinking they can just go to a small team and "crash" them with 4 dart kills. All you'll be doing is saving them supplies. Saradomin_Mage Posted October 1, 2012 Share Posted October 1, 2012 You can throw on some melee barrows gear and bring the ceremonial set.Once you're through the frozen door, descend the steps and go through the gap in the wall with Protect/Deflect Magic on.Run east until you reach the KC door, then switch to your ceremonial and enter. All you'll be doing is saving them supplies.this doesnt work, I tried rapiering corp and despite getting xp in, didn't get any drops.Yes I logged in, used my 4 darts and got some onyx bolts lol + 87 slayer from the lamps. I kinda think they shouldn't allow them to be used on quest bosses, and for non-quest bosses allow them only if you've killed them at least once without the dart beforehand... but I can see why they didn't do that. More fun for everyone if they don't put such limits on em. I'll just look down my nose at those folks, heh. Obtained quest cape and base 92 before obtaining any 99s!
