November 7, 201213 yr Not sure if this is new, but never saw it before. Logging in today I got an unfiltered message "There are new items in the store." and a big glow around the SOF/Solomon tab to draw my attention. I wasn't happy about the hours til spins reminder, but at least it was filterable...

November 7, 201213 yr So yeah, just checked. Can't rebuy comp cape. I'm a little confused, so if I were to take the item out of the key thing (is that how it works), do I get my comp cape back and the key? Or is the key gone entirely? If that's the case, lucky for me all I do is dg.
November 7, 201213 yr You'll get the cape back, but not the key. You'd have to rebuy it, despite the fact you had 0 way of knowing you couldn't re-obtain the comp cape when using it on the keepsake box.

I might just get a keepsake box for my max cape and buy an extra. Maxed [February 14, 2012] | Completionist [October 25, 2012] | Trimmed Completionist [in Progress]Visit my Blog!
November 7, 201213 yr so this keepsake thing, do they have stat? No, you don't gets stats from anything from Solomon's General Store. The Dragon Keepsake Key allows you to take one wearable item, such as your rune platebody, lock it away in the Dragon Keepsake Box and use it as a cosmetic overlay exactly like the shockeye staff you buy from the store. The only stipulation is that it cannot be used as its locked away and when you reclaim that item it destroys the box you purchased. Also said cosmetic overlay will automatically display over any item you wear of the same type. For example using the rune platebody as example, it would only display the rune platebody cosmetic if you were wearing another item of that type such as an adamantite platebody, green dragonhide body, bandos platebody, etc. Held items such as weapons and I think shields are excluded from being able to be used with the DKB. November 7, 201213 yr Liking the new telly to Juna. The area looks great and Juna looks like a true guardian now. The streams pour out like syrup but they still hop around at the same crazy rates they did before, and I ended up with about the same number of Tears as I ever did before. Bigger bowl and bigger XP makes it more worthwhile, though - 50K xp on a level 80 skill isn't bad ... I'll go back again, now - it's comparable with the XP one gets from penguins IMO ...
November 7, 201213 yr It seems like Jagex updated the welcome message as well: Even more focus on SGS, in-game. Yay :/ Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak
November 7, 201213 yr I was extremely surprised when I saw the price on those cosmetic item boxes. I never expected it to be so reasonable (and I never expected you would get the box back when I was assuming that). I no joke thought it would be 250 each, with no bulk discount. This might happen.
November 7, 201213 yr Actually tempted to get some for the ability to wear a full set of dg armour outside of Daemonheim.

Actually tempted to get some for the ability to wear a full set of dg armour outside of Daemonheim. You'll likely lose that temptation soon when you see the metric [bleep]-ton of primal sets out there.

I was actually going to go for Saggitarian but I assume there's just as many people with that too.
November 7, 201213 yr Did you do that, Gradeskip? It's excellent. She looks like a Pokemon. Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero.
