aerendil
Someone explain to me as I haven't really done Warbands that much. Why doesn't Warband PK allow world hopping?Someone explain to me as I haven't really done Warbands that much. Why doesn't Warband PK allow world hopping? What the guy above me said; but it's a stupid rule, as what happens to the people go get into the fc who are wondering what world to go to? they've only just joined, and it seems stupid that they should be kicked. Sucks that you can't join multiple clans. And not every clan member is invested in Warbands. Also, it's harder for smaller clans. :\Ah well, it's D&D anyway. aerendil
Just a heads up for everyone; it would appear that the tables have been turned on warband pk; warband fc has been routinely routing them at warbands; If you are using warband pk to loot, only loot if you get there before/as it spawns, and hop as soon as you get loots; I lost 50/75 loots today due to being pked. Fallstar
I've only seen warband fc beat warband pk when they arrived late and most of warband pk had already left. Warband fc was at a camp, pk came and killed them, most of pk looted and left, then warband fc came back and killed the remnants. Basically use both fc's and go with the majority. If warband fc has an organised anti pk (rarely) go with them. Otherwise stick with warband pk. Asmodean <
HunterDexter
Warband FC is getting more organised. Chat hoppers, spies are all kicked and banned. People without decent armour are free to be killed by anyone. And their anti-pk team is getting a good structure. The past days have been a good time with them. :)
PolarBearBlue
There has been times when FC has came early to a camp, and held on to it. Either way, there will always be a war between the chats, unless some real pking comes back. Alg
Either way, there will always be a war between the chats, unless some real pking comes back. That's actually really cool. The update that was supposed to bring life back to the wilderness by creating incentives for ruthless, winner-takes-all PKing instead brought back clan wars and (hopefully) a sense of community. Keep it up, Scapers/Jagex, this is how MMOs are supposed to work  6 I painted some stuff and put it on tumblr
Quasar
I got 75/75 and wand today with Warband FC. They are actually really good about not killing wands. In the three warbands I did, nobody killed the wandholder. best drops (reasonably accurate/up to date): 1x Elysian Sigil (LS), 1x Arcane Sigil (cs), 4x Armadyl Hilt (solo at 100m, 100m, 50m, and 5m), 2x Saradomin Hilt (solo at 25m), 5x Draconic Visage (34m,1.2m,1.2m) and various cs/ls/ffa Nex splits. Randox
Looks like a really cool update which I might never try out  Not a gambler, I don't have any armour I care to risk that wouldn't be liable to paint a bulls eye on me in any friends chat dedicated to the D&D. As much as my clan is into distractions in general, most of them wont set foot in the wild I think, so the prospects for us making a trip in full rune or something are probably not very good, which is a shame because they are pretty much the only group I would trust to not kill me. Keep it up, Scapers/Jagex, this is how MMOs are supposed to work  Oh no! I agree 100% I mean, hell I hate dying when I just want 110k herb exp. But for the purpose of this update, I don't mind. The wild is still somewhat not scary which is what I was alluding too. people still try to ignore the risk which bothers me. Even thou I don't do it, I really want pking to come back as what it was. I realize part of it was picking off skillers, but I'm still waiting for the part where clans went to wage war and when players went in searching of stronger opponents for glory. You know that stuff. I suppose I'll continue to sacrifice my pixel body more if it brings them back. Besides I already have 96 herblore so when it does come back I'll probably stop going to the wilderness out of fear again. :P 1 "Goals dont have a deadline." -xxxgod quoting Lady Shahdie [slayer "Essentials"][click pic for main blog][click quote for mini blog][Worthwhile Auras]

For ranged, royal dragonhide and a hand cannon is something like ~45k. If you're good with protect item, royal crossbow for weapon. For magic, polypore with batwing.Melee, well blisterwood weapons are cheap. Armor is a different story. The 99% of people are running around with the mage/ranged combinations listed above so long as you keep multi combat enabled. Single combat people tend to be much better geared. Between the two chats, there is maybe an issue every hour with someone claiming to have been back-stabbed by someone in friends chat. These usually tend to boil down to someone logged out/world hopped in the camp and the chat was full (so they were white dot and free game). PolarBearBlue
Well the good thing for me now, when it comes to warband use, is that I'll be hunting either mining or smithing. I am much more likely to finish quicker if I allow myself to accept two of the five skills and avoid pk death if I get a few good calls in FC; mining appears to be one of the more common tents within a camp. Bxpprod
As it stands Warband FC and Warband PK (PK Warband also) have a "truce", meaning they will avoid eachothers worlds yada yada. Both the PK Fc's use Team 16, so if you're using either of them I'd strongly advise investing in a few.
