February 17, 200620 yr Two things. This just goes to show that it's now an Orwellian reality come true and Big Brother is watching us at all times even in the privacy of our own messages. Secondly you're not allowed to post that message anymore. Just take the text of it and sort of quote it. If you'll notice at the bottom of the message screen (not in picture) it says that you may not reproduce this letter anywhere. But that is pretty lame. Are you sure your friend didn't report you just out of spite?

February 17, 200620 yr Well, the lesson to be learned here, is to never break the rules. Even in jest...
February 17, 200620 yr your friend isnt obviously a friend because he reported you.....kick his [wagon]
February 17, 200620 yr Ouch. You should seriously ditch this "friend" of yours, because friends don't do that. I know alot of people who broke the rules, but as long as it doesn't harm anyone, why should they get reported? I mean, if someone calles you a *insertanybadwordhere*, you report them. But if someone playfully tells you to shut up, why would anyone report them?
February 17, 200620 yr friend reported you? lol a friend? that wouldnt be a friend to me.... :P 99 Pics - Range, Defence, HP, Attack, Magic, Strength, Cooking
February 17, 200620 yr Wow that one must have hurt you....on the inside.....better not go emo!! Lol J/K, but seriously your own friend <----noob reported you? :?
February 17, 200620 yr Wow that one must have hurt you....on the inside.....better not go emo!! Lol J/K, but seriously your own friend <----noob reported you? :? I guess that I am now officially old because I have no clue what emo is... I thought it was music? Anywho, drop your so-called friend. Period. No excuses. Put them on your ignore list and you will be happier I assure you. I once got my character locked. It was totally my fault, though. I got my friend hooked on this. He had only played for two days so I thought that I would be safe playing a trick on him. I told him that I bought the account off of ebay for $10 (lvl 90+ 1500+ total) and I lived in california. He was freaking out telling me that I would never sell it for that and that I must have hacked it. I started laughing and called him a insult that nobody else has ever heard and he says "Dude... I like totally used that button on the bottom and reported u like 13 times!!" I thought for sure nothing would happen but, lo and behold, my account was locked. After 4 appeals I told them my account wasn't worth the headache that they were giving me... and they unlocked it lol. Go figure  PM me in game to use some skills of mine (glories/potions) free or to ask a question.Fire Cape - 04/29/06 Lvl 104RAHK's Pro PC Gear and Guide(clickable) Tired of hack and slash? February 17, 200620 yr a black mark won't kill you, just be more careful in the future. Also, tell your friend you got a black mark, and if he denys he reported you then disown him as a friend, but if he says he did it and he's sorry, give him another chance. and emo person is someone depressed and with problems and stuff. This does a decent job explaining it ;) http://emosong.ytmnd.com/
February 17, 200620 yr Maybe you shouldn't fool around like that. Duh.  so there's this thread in p2p general called "the most annoying things ppl do on runescape" i am tempted to post "ya wen im cybering with a girl and they log off for no reason"
February 17, 200620 yr Well, i've had a ban for joking with a friend about scams. I was lvl 95cb with 1449 skill total so consider yourself lucky its only a blackmark Click here for my guide on how to solo the D Kings
February 17, 200620 yr I got a 3 day ban once ON RSC a few months before the mass ban. I was in varrock and someone goes "I'll dupe your items for free. If I'm scamming, you can have my password." or something like that So I said, "Alright, well there is no such thing as duping now, so give me your password." 3 day ban from a "scam" I did on RSC Last.fm: http://www.last.fm/user/Aaronm14/MY FAVORITE BAND:http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... d=64310717And the bible is the big book of lies, call me a racist if you must.
February 17, 200620 yr Well I'd say you are lucky it was just a black mark. Usually Jagex BANS people for impersonating Jagex staff. They probally knew you were joking, but gave you a black mark anyway to teach you that you shouldn't jokingly break the rules. It's no laughing matter to them.
February 18, 200620 yr yea, i got reported when i said HYT.... it really made me mad when that happened Sodb ForumStop thinking. It's Runescape.
February 18, 200620 yr HYT as in Hey You Tipiter? Jagex really is lame. If it isn't Andrew's fault then it's the many people that entered and corrupted what Jagex used to be. I missed the old small- caring staff...
February 18, 200620 yr yea, i got reported when i said HYT.... it really made me mad when that happened OMG if Jagex dosen't stop that crap I swear I'm going to fly down to their HQ and slap them IRL. How is that website advertising? Only people that have been to tip.it will understand it, anyway
February 18, 200620 yr Emo = Emotional Like people have said, at least it isn't a temp ban or a perm ban. Under the circumstances, the recent autoing boom, I think you have to understand jagex can't investigate every report thourghly, and at a rough glance, at what is probally a zero tolerance period it would look like you may have been impersonating a member of jagex staff. All you can do is send in a appeal explaining it to jagex, hope they have enough time to read it and lift the mark. But at least it is only a black mark, and right now, jagex is banning a lot of people outright black marks or no black marks. My Blog To 87 Construction
February 18, 200620 yr Urm not funny to impersonate a scammer either, unlucky though shouldn't be a clown though.
