Then after your body cannot support you anymore, you collapse and all the orffaces in your skin open up releasing blood and the mushed organs out with the virus along with it. A noob comes along and tries to loot you thereby infecting themself and 11 days later....

you forgot the part about the blood turning sludgy and clotting, causing widespread hemmorhages throughout your body. This ends up using up all the clotting factors in the blood so that when petechiae break out all across the skin, there is nothing to prevent the blood from continuously running out like water
