Obviously a tree branch cannot extend over an entire side of the road so the driver must have driven onto the other side? bjbj1991 Posted March 28, 2006 Share Posted March 28, 2006 The only way I can think of with this thing being posible is for the kid to be spiting at the cars on the left side of the bus. For the kid to be spitting at the cars would require the bus to be traveling at a fairly low speed because the open window will create a vacome forcing his spit back into the car where another kid will get hit. For a tree to be hanging that far into the street in nearly inposible unless a recent storm. Now the bus driver must have been blind and deff for him not have seen or heard the large branch smacking into the window. Some flaws is that "he was screaming to get back inside the bus", if he was hit by one branch he would could not have been talking I believe, and if it where a large number of trees then they would have been cut down and the driver would have turned. The reasion why I do not believe he could have talked is because the nerves that control the body run inside the backbone if that bone is broken so are the nerves. Those nerves are needed to control speach and there should have been no reasion why the kid could not have pulled himself inside if nothin is broken. Has anyone checked weekly world news? Yes, I'm a Richard because I am skeptical. I don't know about you, but hearing on an internet forum from somebody whom I do not know who lives in New York where there are few trees (yes, I've been to Manahattan a number of times) that some kid stuck his head out the window to spit on cars and then got mangled by a tree branch. Post a news article or take a picture of the memorial. That aside, if you're going to do something like stick what is arguably your most important body part out the window of a moving vehicle then you can't expect excessive sympathy. Nobody deserves to die, but somebody who does that obviously has no common sense. handed me TWO tissues to clear up. Had the statment been something more like our school bus blew up this one insane mexican kid died, you wont read about it in the papers because it was a US plane that shot the missle and we where in some middle eastern country, we would believe you,well maby one or two here. I find the replies hilarious to read and what some of you have done. 1st grade - We had a new student. I made him fall over my chair. It was on accident though 2nd grade - Paper airplanes 3rd - Fought b/c the boy thought I popped hit balloon. 4th - I was playing football. Some olderk kids dropped me on my head and I kicked them in the nuts. 5th- nothing 6th- I started this huge riot. Outside of the p.e. area, it was me some fifth graders, and alot of 6th graders. After 3 minutes everyone was hitting each other head on :? 7th - So much. I like got in fights with the bad attitude mentally challenged kids. I fought this * boy. He was huge. I fought this fat black girl for talking about my brother. 8th - Lol, best year in school ever! We flushed oranges down the toilets and flooded all the bathrooms. Started a food fight. Told my teacher to shut up... 9th- Nothing really. I calmed down in high school. 10th - Lol, nothing. 11th - Yelling at my teachers. Wow at my stupidity back then. Calmed down since my earlier days but sheesh at my disrespect. :shock: But word. I have anger problems. I need anger managment asap. k go. From this it looks like he is in atleast 11th grade. Atleast at my school district they have the buses segregated so elementary school kids go on one bus middle school kids go on another and high school goes on another when coming home from school. I have always pursumed that it is because 1 larger kids will pick on the little ones and thats 12 years and 2 they are at difrent schools. What would these guys say? Moral of the story is this. Always tell the truth, not only because it is the decent thing to do, but because it gives you such an advantage over the man who is trying to remember his lies!
