Spell name: Prayer Block

 

 

 

Mage lv to use: 98

 

 

 

Runes: 3 Soul 5 Natures 5 Deaths

 

 

 

What it does: Inmunes the player being attacked from praying for 10 seconds, can only be used (like Charge) every minute, regardless of if you hit of not.

 

 

 

Why you would want to have it added: Because IM tired of missing whip kills at mage bank :)

Mage lvl: 62...so i can do it :D

 

runes: 1 nature rune, 3 earth, 1 air

 

wat it does: will make a noted item into an item.

 

able to craft nats,

 

1,8mil ess,

 

dust staff (not released jet, or 1,8mil air + earth staff),

 

at the nature rune altar...

 

 

 

free lvl 99 rc and 99 mage... (cost: 1800k x 20 + 1800k x 30 = 90000k)

 

i sad free becuz you get natures x2 after lvl 91 so you'll still have about 900k natures left...

 

 

 

bad idee isnt it? or make it 3 or 4 nats per spell and that you need: 3 earth, 5 water and 2 air...

 

 

 

it would be more usefull if they put a note spell in the game...

 

a note 1 2 or 3... but not a note all... becuz of power mining, woodcutting etc...

Mage lv to use: 70

 

 

 

Runes: 5 Laws 2 bloods 2 deaths Note: you must have a clue scroll in your inventory for it to work

 

 

 

What it does: Teliports you to just outside of the wilderness

 

 

 

why you would want to have it added: To escape from pkers while doing clues

Spell: Tele-Tracker

 

Magic Level: 80

 

Runes: 3 laws, 2 deaths, 2 airs

 

Use: You cast it on your enemy and it will tracker where they teleport you. Then, once they teleport, you can click the spell button again and it will tele you to where they are.

Theres already a tele spell which use 2 laws 2 fires, so it would have to be like 2 fire 2 earth or something

What it does:kills everybody and everything except you that is on your minimap even in non-wilderness. 1 hit kill. only useable by mini193

 

why you would want to have it added:so i can kill everybody and not risk getting killed . I'll go to world 2 falaodr and use it. Wow free 5 bil and 20 sest of full dragon and 15 sets of full gutahns!

Spell name: Skill Boost

 

Mage Level to use: Equal level to the skill you wish to boost

 

Runes: 5 Blood, 8 Soul, 15 Body

 

What it does: Boosts any skill except for prayer/hits by 15%. Cannot be cast multiple times when a previous skill boost is still in effect. When cast to a non-combat skill, the boost will wear off in (level of skill/4) seconds.

What it does: Teleport to any area on the mini map that you want. click on spell, then click on map

 

Reason for having:Easier to move around

Spell name: Random teleport

 

Mage Level to use: 75

 

Runes: 1 law

 

What it does: Teleport to any random area such as Varrock or

 

Reason for having:Easier to escape in emergency

what it does: binds the item to the sould for 15mins

Spell name: Absorbtion

 

 

 

Mage lvl to use: 90

 

 

 

Runes: 5 body, 5 soul

 

 

 

What it does: When activated you absorb the runes needed for a foes magic attacks dealt to you for 30 seconds. You will only absorb the runes of the spells that hit you.

 

 

 

why you would want to have it added: Notice all the high alchers? I want it added so people can train magic using COMBAT!

Heh? cleaned :shock: i must have missed something when i went to bed!

 

 

 

These are pretty nice, i like the bank thing from biaf bf(i think it was you). The healing spels are also pretty nice.(Oh no3s N00b cl3r1c) i can see that starting to happen with those spells, Most of these are realistic and should be added into the game. Well, maybe....

Spell name: Return Teleport

 

Mage lv to use: 95 +

 

Runes: 10+ Laws, Air, Earth, Water, Fire

 

What it does: Returns you to the exact location you last teleported FROM.

 

why you would want to have it added: Would make it less an irritant to walk back to an area after banking.

You only get one chance to live your life....

But, endless opportunities to screw it up.

Spell Name: Regenerate! (name could be better :lol: )

 

 

 

Mage level to use: 90

 

 

 

Runes: 100 fire, 200 air, 30 laws, 10 bloods *gasp* :shock:

 

 

 

What it does: Before you die you have a chance to fully heal yourself yes fully heal yourself.

 

 

 

Why you would want to have it added?: Dunno i guess it could come in handy

 

 

 

But: *dun dun duuuun* yes theres a but if you cast the spell your mage and strengh level will drop 45% of what it was :twisted: (temporerilly of course)

 

 

 

all though some people wont like it......

Spell name: Warp Portal

 

Mage lv to use: 80

 

Runes: 5 laws, 2 Soul, 10 Body

 

What it does: It creates a temporary portal to a location, specified by the caster. Requires some sort of token of the location to cast. It would last for about 10-15 seconds, allowing multiple people to teleport to one location easier.

 

why you would want to have it added: You know how annoying it is to get large groups travelling to places in RuneScape. This is what the teleother spells should have been.

98% of teenagers have been drunk or around alcohol. Put this in your signature if you like bagels
