March 1, 200719 yr untrimmed slayer cape is very possible. your able to recive slayer exp from rings or recoil. it would take a very long time and alot of rings though

Unless a mini game came out that involves slayer experience and nothing else. I am not saying it is not possible, I am saying that an item that doesnt exist cannot be rare. If so, the question "whats the rarest non-rare?" would be pointless. I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.

As you can see from my signature, I don't have a pair either. March 4, 200719 yr Dchain is supposed to be rare but really isnt. i see like 20 people with it every day. its not even much better then rune plate yet its worth 12-15m on forums and you dont even need to do a quest to use it when you do for a rune plate. same for whip im still waititng for it to drop even more considering how its one of if not the most common member weapon. and lastly. barrows. hardly rare. i see guthans everywhere i go.
