farming cape is the 2nd least common 99 skill as far as I know.

Umm... like I previously posted on of these topics, the rarest item that's not tradable or discontinued, would be flour (if Jagex didn't take it out at the beggining of RS2).

 

 

 

If the previously stated item was deleted, it'd be either: dream log, broken spinning plate (god, I wanted one of those so badly when I used to play RS), or black dagger (p).

 

 

 

I personally saw - in RS and/or screenshots - about 10-13 different players who had the chompy bird hat, and heard of about 5 people who have either full CW gold or are close to getting.

 

 

 

How many people do you know that have dream logs or broken spinning plates? I'd estimate there's at most 20 dream logs in the game. And those two above items can't be obtained anymore... And about the b dagger (p), unless a 10 attack pure couldn't afford (s) (also called (++)), or someone was making a dagger collection, I really don't see why someone would poison a mid-metal dagger...

equipable holy water is also rare to see, not many people keep addy defenders either but just go to rune, not many people have gold amulets either, i can think of tons

But everyone who has a Rune Defender had to have at some point an Addy defender.. But I guess since, only some ppl kep theirs, it's kinda rare..ish :-k

its much harder to get untrimmed Hitpoint cape. For every 4 str points, you only get 1.3 hp points.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But the RAREST cape would be untrimmed SLAYER cape. You mostly need to use genie lamps to get that! You could also do this by killing all monsters with super poison and waiting, or kill stealing in multi combat areas.

rarest non-rare items are anger weapons (cant take those out though :x)
