captainpoet Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 Well the quest cape probably won't be wieldable until you've completed all of the current quests, but I don't see them unwielding it from you if you don't have them all done and had it on. Past that the wardrobe idea is just derived from the old old bank chest idea for POH it seems, but they decided that'd make construction too easy and amped it up differently. Or maybe it becomes "blacked out" until you complete the latest quest? The other capes I might be getting somewhere in... say...the year 20154 or so... Too bad I have a real life.... :-w Ya, I think that the quest cape will be unwearable until the latest quest will be done. But what about the fire cape now? What would you wear if you(fx.) had fire cape and a strength cape? Hard choise, but I think people would choose the strength cape. Is this the end of the fire cape? You's still need 99 in a combat skill :P . I won't be able to wear any, but I'm definately going to train my herblore and ranging a lot more, I love both you see :3> . Cooking, firemaking and fletching are too "ordinary" if you ask me. vlad_the_old Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 I dont think this will mean the end of the fire cape - you get that as a reward and proof you have completed a very difficult task. Its a bit like the Legends Cape and Obby cape - the obby cape has better stats, but anyone can buy one. If you are wearing a legends cape it means you have completed a rather difficult quest. I bet we see some people just standing around keep on switching capes to show how many lvl 99s they have got. :lol: Thanks to 4be2jue for the sigs. The halloween holiday event should be good, hopefully a cool item. And the capes now make me wantto get 99 woodcutting or mining...The new graphics looked awesome on the demons, giants and dragons, hopefully the bears, rats and bats will look as good. Be sure to get pictures of them! :wink: I have no idea who/what My Arm is, probably since I became a member not that long ago. This will hopefully be a way better month than September... The new quest is short, but pretty cool, and leaves alot of room for expansion. Im also looking forward to the troll quest, and new room for POH. The only thing that worries me: will have more room for our house? or will the new room atleast have a space to put the stairs in? so I can replace the extra skill hall that I have? The new room better include a +5 room to the limit (This would be good cause then I can finally finish what I wanted my house looked like :D) Clearing up bank space, could this possibly be a sort of thing like the new bank page, that would be very nice, hopefully this room wont require 80+ con or i will be getting very poor. Hopefully these will be able to hold lots of costumes and whatnot, if it can only hold a couple items it will be completely pointless, lol. Cant wait for the new achievement capes too, I have to wait to see what the new ones will look like to see which 99 I want to get :D The Halloween thing sounds awesome too, cant wait to see the new emotes and items.
