What do you do when you make a trade with someone or just have a 5 minuite discussion and then they ask you if you would like to be friends?

 

My friends list is already overloaded and only about 10 of them i talk to on a regular basis.

 

 

 

Do you be rude and say "Screw off noob"

 

Or do you let them come on your friends list?

 

 

 

I don't know what to do does anybody here know?

When someone does that, I say my friends list is too full in a polite way. Most of them say its alright :D

I usually just add them if they're cool enough lol. Just add them for a while and if you don't see them on a lot, then remove them.

Whenever people ask to add me, I always say alright, but don't actually add them. [i generally add Tip.Iters on the rare occasion that they ask though. Don't know why.] However, unless I have terrible lag, or don't feel like talking to people, I almost always have private chat on. So if they want to talk to me they can. If they're consistant with messaging me, I'll keep them on my list.

I say no or my friend list is full. Rarely i add people and delete them in 5 minutes after they leave

I usually just comply, if they are interesting enough, I'll keep them. Not that it matters, noone on my friends list plays anymore.

by friend he means another contact for buying and selling stuff, But usually i say my p chat is off and dont add em. :roll:

Most likely, after i add them. In the next few days, they seem to be always inactive or seem to have forgot i was even friends with them

i dont add them i normally says something like:i know you?

My chat is to "friends" all the time. Except when im selling nats, so if a person asks me to add them i'll either ignore them( not list), or add them. I have about 50 fellow rcers on my list. We all scout and help each other avoid pkers. So if a person asks, my rule is: are they cool? do they rc?

If I find someone fun to talk to, then I will add them.

 

 

 

Otherwise, if they ask to add them, I will say no. If they keep saying ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅplzÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

Funny you should take about friends!

 

 

 

Yesterday, a fellow tipiter (who's name i will keep quiet) was quite arogant towards me.

 

 

 

A few months before, i had given them about 500 oak logs as a bit of a prezzy to help them out.

 

 

 

As a joke yesterday, i said "you owe me", he knew exactly what i was talking about, and he said i thought they were a prezzy, (I was only joking)

 

 

 

I lagged and lost connection, when the screen came back up, he was saying like my gifts were insignificant and im just a little noob. He said because he was a higher level, he was better.

 

 

 

I couldent believe my eyes, someone i could trust, i gave him a gift and he threw it back in my face. I really dident want it back. I dident have to give him anything, but i chose to.. It serves me right for assuming just because he was a tipiter, he was a good person.

 

 

 

I will never make the mistake again.

 

 

 

Ontopic: Yes, i do like people to chat too, especially when i'm bored! I'm normallly messaging them.

The people on my friend's list are all one of the following.

 

 

 

-RL friends

 

-People I've traded with (forums, and an ess business I had before the pure ess update)

 

-A friend I met in Melzar's Maze while doing Dragon Slayer...

 

 

 

No one else will make my friend's list...ESPECIALLY IF YOU ASK. So if someone asks me if I want to be friend's, I say "No".

I just say friends list is full even though I could have like 160 more people

I have very little friends on Runescape compared to most players, which is ok for for me as I like to keep my runescape social life simple and quite. :D

Usually give them a "List is full, sorry". Seems to work with most of them. But there's always the persestent ones who follow me saying something along hte lines of "Just delete someone you don't talk to much" etc. :wall:

That's what I do too..:P Add them, if we then don't conversate I delete the person after a while.

i never add somebody that i traded with unless i trade with them often or meet them again by coincidence

I hate it when someone you barely knew for 5 mins asks you to add him. But if hes a tipiter thats alright. Im open for new friends as long as they dont beg for free st0ffs or curse etc
