I actually added a buyer, back in 7th grade (3 yrs. ago), and this kid and me were talking during class. I found out the kid, was the buyer in RuneScape 3 yrs. ago! Now, that's really wierd. :shock:

I usually try to add people who actually want to be friends. Ones who just wont forget me the next day, ones who have interest in chatting sometimes, genuine nonetheless. For some reason, I keep my chat on OFF because im generally lonely and invisbile. In summation, I dont have the opportunities to deal with 5 minute friends =(

most of the time i kindly say "no sorry", othertimes i will add the person, help them out then remove them

I don't like it when people do that either :evil: It annoys me. I personally don't like to talk much while I'm doin stuff on runescape. I have msn for that.... and that way I can talk about things that affect my life a lot more :P

 

 

 

Normally I just say ok, and I never really add them. Or I add them, and then after I leave the place they're at, I delete them. I like to keep my friends list clean :P It never gets very big... 95% of the people on it are from my clan :P

If there nice to me I will usually add them if they ask, otherwise I say my list is full. I also constantly remove people from my list who do not talk to me very often.

Well, just ealier today met this girl at blue drags... We hit it off immediately... Talk for like 25 mins total... Then I just said.. "Hey, friends" the gal was like "totally dude"... I can sense a good friendship already begun. I usually have a good insticnt if they are gonna be a beggar... But since she had 93 mage and like 1528 total at lvl 93 cb I knew she wouldn't be...

do what i do all the time. I'm way to nice to say no so I say yes and add them. Then later the next day they are removed and added to ignore. OOPS. :-w

I usually say "I don't add people who I just met, maybe if I see you around more i'll add you" or just that my list is full (where its no where close to it) lol

basicly say no unless they been kool, if they dont talk for like a week-2 i delete them, so i keep my friends list relativily small, odd thing is my best friend cant keep under 190 friends on her friends list :P

I normally add them, and I normally get good friends. For example, about a year ago I met a guy killing hill giants who was level 23, and I was 39 combat. Well, we were killin tehm, and then aut of an act of kindness I gave the guy some food. We had a conversation for about 1 hour, then we became friends. He is now one of my best rs friends, and 103 combat (38 levels higher than me). I trust him a lot, and once even had him hold some of my stuff for me (farming supplies right after it came out). When i wanted it back he gave me it all back, plus about 2k patateo seeds and onion seeds, which was made my day : . And a ton of my other friends will help me out with anything. So I've learned that adding people can be a great way to get good friends, so I add all who ask "friends?", seeing as I get something out of it. :D

If someone asks in the direct quote as: "wanna be friends???" then it's a no. especially with the multiple question marks :roll:

 

 

 

If I've been having a long conversation with them, they are a similar level* and are generally a nice person ill add them.

 

 

 

*lower levels than me tend to beg and higher levels generally don't talk much.

I feel guilty if i tell them no and feel bad if I lie so most of the time im just like "eeeeeh why not"

if a person asks me if i want to be friends i find it uncomfortable but if i see the same person like at barrows and i talk to them i'd prefer to add them than someone who asks if i want to be mates

More than half of the time I'll say no, or my list is full. Rarely I'll add one, sometimes they can actually be cool. But most of the time they're low levels who want free stuff.

 

 

 

What's really annoying is when I trade someone, say thanks, and leave...the next day they'll be pming me like I'm their friend. It takes space in the ignore list up. :?

But if they just add me than start talking i usually ask them why they added me then ignore them, also if anybody starts asking for free stuff i remove them too :-$

I have a large friends list, over half from the tip.it forums. I cna only think of a few that I have met ingame, although the ones that I have met ingame have been amazing friends as well.

 

 

 

It is fairly easy to get off my friends list, never talk to me, blank me, talk way too much. Another way to get into my ignore list is betraying me, a few people have taken that option, it is not easy to come back after that and only 1 person has ever come back.
