Maybe someone could check, so for example if someone had 200m xp in cooking. Cook some sharks and see if your total exp go up?

I believe the money is limited due to the program that they use to make runescape in. That was like the maximum number it would go too. Dont quote me on this because I just remember reading it somewhere. This makes me think why didnt they make the xp cap at 2.1 bil?

The max item cap makes plenty sense, as a signed INT can have a range of -2147483648 to 2147483647. Surprised they didn't use unsigned (0 to 4294967295).

Both correct and wrong. That's the LongInt max value, 32 bits. Java can infact go up to an integer with 64 bits although using this owuld take up a lot more space.

some game developers and companys have a major crush on specifics like bungie, that makes halo, halo 2 and such... they have a major obsession with the #7. the logo the company is called "7th column" and in the halo stories theirs 7 halo's. also theirs some things in the game, like 343 and 2401, all powers of 7

First off everybody is wrong on the first person to 200M cooking exp. Eve340 was the first to 200M cooking exp, and the first to 200M exp in 1 skill overall. She barely edged xxxneoxxx7 in being the first to 200M in a skill. I can't believe that so many ppl didn't know she was the first there. And as far as i can tell, the ranks change everyday for the ppl with 200M exp. It switches everyday, and gives every body the chance to be #1 for a day.

Hiscores are messed up and are hard to fix. Ranks change a lot. xxx neo xxx7 was 1st to 200M stat Jan.1st this year when Eve340 got 200M exp in March. Then galliard then Matt. There was a rant on forums about it. 200M is max ammount of exp & I don't think they are counting exp after that.

But if 200M exp showed as level 126 in a skill, then all 126 melee stats would have a combat level far above 126.
