anyway thier is always people at castlewars and dueling but noone in the gameroom or they get challenged and then they leave its kinda dumb.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

why do YOU think that thier is noone in the gameroom?

I tried to get people to come, but only one person showed up on the first night.

Its because most people prefer minigames with action. C wars, pc, barrows, mage arena. Stuff like that.

I can play checkers and connect four in real life if I want to. When I get on the game I would rather level my skills or play an interactive mini game like Pest Control or Castle Wars. Much more fun. 8-)

go on world 9 i know a few 2000 runelinkers myself, i'm only a 1500 runelinker personally though :x oh well, you just have to go to the right worlds

The Games Room has no real reward. If Jagex offered special clothing or new weapons or something for reaching certain amount of points, then people would flock there.

I have always had the thought that if they updated those games where we could "bet" gp there would be alot more people playing, but im sure this idea has been thought up before so meh

Games room gives no rewards, and therefore, nothing to wear around and show off to others. Castle wars gives decorative armor, but games room gives a little score that is shown if someone highlights your character in the games room. See the difference?

I prefer chess, i have that kind of mind, even though I play a lot of sport.

soooo off topic. anyway yea the games room is fun but not that exciting... i prefer to be in the mayhem of things, if you have ever played a snipers only game and your melee distant of someone else on the team ull know what i mean. its utter hell and its funny.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the thing is sports are just dumb in most cases, now i respect pro sports players because they are good and all but i dont think they should be paid 20mil a year or more. and yea sports is all about having fun so whatever, if you like it good. i personally dont like sports such as baseball its so boring to watch. literally i have gone to 50 football games for my highschool when i was in highschool and i NEVER once seen someone get tackled and thats like the best part of the game.

I was JUST about to say the exact same thing...Agreed, make it so you can actually win somehting, and people would use it... It is the perfect battle of wills, without any stats or equipment getting involved...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is no more perfect way to settle a duel...

It's sad of me to say this; but I prefer exp and items in minigames for playing them. Games rooms are pointless, you get nothing from playing them. :|

It's nice to go there sometimes and have a few games with some mates.
