I've been impressed with Jagex's updates recently (Hunter was meh though) and this month sounds great! Just a shame It's Wii month!

If you know your RS history the Barrows brother fought in the God Wars - a la 3rd Age - and their armour degrades. This puts it forward that theres a possability that some form of degrading or such could happen, however I expect that there is a fair bit of that with armour and weapons so I'm going with rarity and not the whole degrading thing.

 

 

 

I can't wait to see what it looks like and what there will be though.

sounds like best month ever :D i'm liking looks of this hopefully 3rd age stuff is next weeks update they sound awesome, but very hard to get so very high prices :? and probably noobies getting rich by getting one luckily off a noobie monster

first off jagex isnt gonna make a drop thats rarer then champ scroll from an imp and it be the same as rune..

Dark beasts are a good possibility for a few item drops. Anyway, as for the 3rd age Items I too was thinking of 2 things. One of course being more dragon weapons since Zamorak used soldiers from Feneskrae, but I'm also curious about ACTUAL weapons from the gods. I mean, the only current weapon from the gods is the Armadyl staff that can't even be wielded. I think that such things would throw out some interesting results. Personally I'm a bit curious, and just hope this stuff comes out after my finals are over...they seem to tempting to my grades otherwise LOL...and college isn't cheap

with that christmas update, if a non-member is playing and gets whatever the item is, can he/she get the members item if/when he/she becomes members again?

Third age weapons = crystal weapons? I don't see where else Jagex could go, unless they created an entirely new line of weaponry............... Hmm :-k

Yeah but just like the last two times jagex added new treasure trail items - the chance to get a robin or rangers is going to decrease. Ranger sets went up for this reason before, so they are likely to go up for it again unless jagex increases the drop rate (which is unlikely).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

More TT items = less chance to get any specific one...

Note it says third age items, not necessarily weapons/armor.
