This usually consists of your character killing monsters that always attack you while wearing Guthans. In the meantime, the person in control of the account places a heavy object on the keyboard so they stay logged in and then they go do something else (i.e. watch TV).

I don't think you're understanding what we're saying :P The multi tasking we're talking about is things like watching a movie while cooking. This still requires you to check back to the computer every few minutes to use the bank to withdraw more food. But Jagex cannot and will not demand that you stare at the computer screen while your character cooks by itself. You're welcome to turn your attention away from the computer temporarily.

Yeah, even though it's kinda "frowned upon" by jagex, i watch movies too, or just play console games at the sdame time FF FTW!

I just listen to music and muck around trying to mix the rs background music with my playlist.

While doing combat, I usually pay attention. No dying with my precious dragon skirt and such!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

While fletching, blowing glass, cooking,... I usually read and post here, or read fanfics, books, whatever. Or watch some dvd's. Or have a conversation with my housemate. Or eat. I never ever pay full attention to the game when doing these skills, I save them for multitasking moments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When doing agility at ape atoll, I usually watch dim-witted TV series that are so devoid of content that it doesn't matter if I miss a minute or not.

My laptop is way too slow to multitask, I get huge lag when I try to surf forums and play. I usually end up half watching tv while playing.
