Well i choose to wear my mage cape as i dont like the apperance of the legends cape and dont own a fire cape. However whenever i am skilling i always get pestered to do the emote, at first it was alright but now i find it to be a hassle. Does anyone else share my views?

But if your running to the bank and then suddenly someone tags along to ask 'show emote plz'... dont you find that annoying. E.g if your minding your own bussiness and then you get asked to show the emote...

I'll usually say nothing or say no. Sometimes I'll be a real jokester and say, "My mouse is broken" and then click somewhere to walk away. Either that or they can pay me 5k to do it. :

Simply don't wear it if it bothers you too much.

 

 

 

When I do wear it, I usually ignore them, but then I'm accused of macroing. Then when I say something, they wont leave me alone.

Actually, no, it doesnt annoy me. Something tells me it will start to soon, not sure yet,(got my 1st 99 last night). For now i just do the emote if they ask politely.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit:In the 6 minutes since my origonal post, ive ben asked to do emote twice and begged because they thinkim rich. Yes, its getting annoying.

i bet ive had the best 1 yet tho. while in edge bank after doing some farming, some1 asked me to do my skill cape emote while i was wearing a spottier cape.

i dont, but when i do it in front of like 8 nubs and like 2 say " do ur emote plz" ...like they didnt see or something, thats rather annoying

I hve a quest cape (does that count?) I only got it yesterday so I like showing the emote off :D :D

I myself don't have a Skill Cape yet (planning on getting Firemaking Skillcape soon as my first 99 :thumbsup: ). But I think we can all agree with Oddfaery's signature. Its fun though to keep track of how many times people ask Toast to do the emote, our current record is 7 people asking in 5 minutes :
