I know i do, If i'm wcing somewhere, Or runecrafting, Or fishing etc..

I always do the little right-click and check out there Combat level and name, But then don't do anything about it, I don't even know why I do it.. Just instinct.

It could show both.

I do it so much, i even try to examine people.

I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.
So, what is 1.111... equal to?

10/9.

Please don't continue.

How come?

cause combat only shows how good you are in fighting not how good you are on all the skils.

I always do that, have ever since I can remember. Just a habit. If I didn't do it I wouldn't of met some people I have added on my list. It happened just today. Ran into Trixstar at Castle Wars, we chatted for a bit and eventually added each other. If I would of just ran off into a game then, well, that wouldn't of happened obviously. ;)

I look people up all the time, especially when they say that they have an outrageous level. It's fun to cuss them out for being a noob, espescially when they don't know what the High Scores are. :wall:

I have posted this as a suggestion on Jagex forums, but obviously nothing has come of the suggestion yet.

Showing total level would indicate how good the player is overall whereas at the moment all the players level indicates is that they are good at combat. I have come across several so-called high level players with 100+ combat, but very little else, who go around bragging as to how good they are at the game. They are probably only good at Pest Control

Come to think of it, I also have the habit of checking out the name and level off EVERY player I pass by (unless it's a huge group and I'm in a hurry)

I dunno why... I just keep passing the same ppl over and over again (w42 ftw) :-w

Heh, that's a habit of mine, as well. But I do it a lot to see how I stack up to the people around me, combat-wise. Also I do it to see if I recognize someone I've seen before.
