Most younger players (average age 15) roll alliance, most older players (average age 19) roll horde. That's pretty much why you're losing. :P

 

 

 

Admittedly, that might have been true pre-TBC. However, now it seems to be more or less equally divided age-wise (kids go for blood elves). Speaking from personal experience from playing a horde on Shattered Halls to level 52 right after TBC was released, and what my friends have told me. I don't know what it's like on other servers though.

 

 

 

In my current guild the average age is 18. Some are a bit older, some are a bit younger. And I'm Alliance.

 

 

 

 

 

rocketman, I don't know what it's like nowadays, but in pre-TBC we had the same problem. Alliance won, literally, 98% of the AV games. However, horde completely ruled WSG. On AB it was about 60-40 (Alliance being the less). Horde won WSG because almost every game I joined was a premade.

For my server horde dominates AB like 90% of the time. WSG horde is probaly winning 75% of the time while Alliance dominates AV a good 90% of the time.

 

 

 

 

 

As far as the age issue goes I've ran into kiddies on both sides. However the nice thing is once you get up higher (especialy 60+) the ammount of complete [developmentally delayed]s drops down a bit. A lot of the kiddies who roll blood elf end up not making it all the way.

 

 

 

 

 

I don't know if my being on a PvP server has anything to do with it, however. Some of the level ranges for horde are absolutly brutal to level through with all the alliance. (Hillsbrand and STV come to mind).

me and my friends are nearly 13 only 3 of 7 of us joined horde the rest are obsessed with gnomes and dwarves. :?

 

 

 

i only mad alliance characters to play with them cause they never want to play horde and i hate the alliance and their idiotic long jokes, midget irstsmen, and midget smart people :evil:

The average age of my guild is I would say around the mid-20's - the GM is 33, I'm 29, most of the other officers are around 18-21 and then our guildies range from 15 to 42..

 

 

 

We're all pretty casual and the core is tight-knit (most of us started playing at the same time so we "grew up" together), so it's a nice blend of maturity and friendliness.

 

 

 

When people join, they are either happy to be around because of the nature, or disappointed that we aren't as hardcore as the "serious business" guilds.

Yes I played on a EU server, mainly I like a high amount of scandinavian/english/dutch on a server - but that might be a bit too much to ask. :P

 

Yeah, Shattered Hand has a lot of belgian and dutch players. There are also a lot of swedes I'm afraid; but since you want that, I'd say SH would be a good server for you.

Nadril when you get the time (no rush) Crazydude is currently 20 but I started a Horde troll hunter, Bobakanush, lvl 14 currently.

Can one of you people, tell me what a battlegroup is? I know that each server is in one group but I dont really no anything about it. Been looking all over the europe site but coulden't find anything.

The servers in the same battlegroup as your server are the ones you do Battlegrounds with.

IIRC Battlegroup 9 on the US servers are renowned for some good BGs?

Exactly.. all players from that group of servers are placed in the same Battleground - so you can kill people from other servers, and never run into them again (of course they could be from your server too).

Oooh, I thought that only applied to arenas. That definatly explains why there'd only be ahalf dozen people at IF battlemaster yet dozens of varous BG's are going on simultaniously. Im such a silly snake.

So what server you guys all play on? Burning Blade? Because my only 2 characters on Rexxar are pretty low and my friend just quit :(. It is possible to make a Character on another realm right? Ill wait for someone to reply and if there are any shortages of a certain class I'll look into it.
