February 12, 200719 yr Issy this post is right up my alley. :) For me (Not in order): 60 Wall Street, NYC: The stripped building. :wink: 17 State Street, NYC: 7 World Trade Center, NYC: Bloomberg Tower, NYC: Former WTC's, NYC: I'm going to hope you all know what the entire complex looks like. I agree that the buildings are ugly and big, but they had this municipal beauty about them, and their design of distributing the weight to the exterior was ingenious. :) John Hancock Center, Chicago: Bank of China, Honk Kong: I know, most of mine are in NYC, but thats where I think some of the best buildings are. Me doing staff.

February 12, 200719 yr Merciful, St Basils cathedral is at least 23 times (no exaggeration) better than the photo you posted in winter, at dusk. The spotlights at the bottom, highlighting the features of the cathedral really do take your breath away from the other end of Red Square...

February 13, 200719 yr Grande Arche, in Paris Wembley stadium, in London (in the news today, apparently it might not be ready for the FA cup final) The Gherkin, in London Palm island, in Dubai and thats only the start of whats going to be in Dubai. that is whats to come in a few years. These towers are currently being built ( 5 minutes from where I live ) The outcome is going to be amazing, you can see the towers now, but it's all just metal, no blue shiny glass yet
