February 16, 200719 yr No I haven't seen him since he's a member's NPC, but I do know that he is actually the evil god Zaros (I learned that he says that on wikipedia). Currently will be using my Oni Tsurugi account to attempt to get 99 on all free skills without spending any gp, just for the sake of doing so.

February 18, 200719 yr Bob isn't uncommon whatsoever because he is a solid NPC(not temporary) and with the greatest wandering range. Also, as stated above, you can use the Enchanted Amulet of Catspeak to find him.
