just an interesting tidbit. Animal Farm is part of the school curiculum where I live (in Canada). Harry Potter. I had a friend whos mother was against him reading Harry Potter (this was years ago btw), yet she let him read the entire His Dark Materials series. For those who don't recognise the series, its The Golden Compas, The Subtle Knife, and the Amber Spyglass. The books would be classifyed as anti-christ. Needless to say I really like that series (and no I am not athiest/agnostic) and his mother was completly clueless. Now when I think about it, maybe his mom was right about him reading harry potter. I am fairly certain 'avada kadavera' does not mean 'burnt corpse' and I don't know where that bull [cabbage] came from.

Most likely they thought you were macroing and we all know they wont ever tell us how they detect that. I think they should invest in a program that catches auto typers (when 2+ lines appear near simualtaneously from the same person and there are no mistakes, it was not a human. No one can type 24 words per second (I have seen 12 words on 2 lines in under half a sec).

You of course realise you could buy full dragon with a Dragon Full Helm and swap the Drag sq for a DFS and still have money left right? Now if you are devoted to cheep quality armour (that dosen't sound right but anyway), sell your rune and get rockshell, its cheeper and you lose 5 summoning. You also get to look different. A DFS fluctuates to much...you dont watch the price of a whip do you...it continualy cycles between a high and low price wholly independant of updates (pvp forced a large rise but if falls already). If I were more inclined, I could make a killing off of whips because I know the price changes. You can (a) Watch the DFS and figure out about what the min price is and buy the next time it gets there (and buying when it is still falling in infinatly easier than buyin on the first day it rises). Coming back to the rune armour for a minute, if one of those skill capes of yours has yellow in it (I neither know nor care), you need to get yourself some guilded armour. I forget the cape but its practicaly tradition (might be prayer). When you get Hp I suggest full drag with DFH. For combat, you can either get bandos (or barrows but I dont like barrows so...), or if you really want to knock the pants of people (figuratively), get 3rd age melee (and skip the full drag). Heres my argument: First what you wear is every level 80s armour because they can't do any better. Your armour blows worse than mine and I am level 95+6 with all of 2m on hand (well, actualy less because alot is in my kingdom.

Theiveing (hate), agility (barbarian fishing dosen't count), farming (played vine sweeper a week ago, but I have not grown anything outside of a quest for over a year).

If it is somethign small, I will take a stat hit for looks. I wear full dragon (with med helm). I could wear a helm of neitiznot which is better, but then it look slike a blind person picked my outfit. Also unlike most people who comment on my hemet, I think the d med looks good. Now if I ever get around to swapping out my obby cape for legends (300k or and extra 2 def?), I might consider the helm then, but I might not even sell the cape so who knows. Most of the skilling I have done recently has been mining and fishing, for both of which full drag is suitable attire.

If I were allowed to take my dragon set into f2p (which I probably would if they introduced non degrading drag armour), even without the specs I would be able to lay waste to all 3 corners of the combat triangle unless I met another dag armoured combatant or someone with higher levels (I am 95 combat without summoning and a 2 level spred in the 4 main combat stats [74-76] with 56 prayer). By swaping out maby my legs for dhide I would have positive magic defense (I do normally but the loss of my cape, boots, and gloves changes that), and my 65 magic and 74 defense could probably carry me through a 2v1 considering the level of f2p magic spells and f2p mages). Mages can join the f2p hybrid train just like everyone else. Warriors carry dhide, rangers carryrune weapons, maybe the mages should start considering mage/range hybrids since you can still possibly cast in s hide where casting with full rune on is "as far as unwarented optimisem goes, roughly the equivalent of paning for gold in your shower".

I just can't belive the guy wen't to the police. Thats like someone stealing my RS account and me going to the police station. Even more unbeliveable is they actualy arrested her even though she had gotten the log in information from the man in the first place. The man should be banned from all games where you have an avatar and the woman should be flown back to wherever she came from and left to live on a marry life and should be banned from maple story. And she killed his avatar by loging into his account, not by killing his charecter in pvp with her own account.

At 65 magic I can use all the teles in the standard book (and none of the tele others). Tabs are slow to make, and I dont teleport with runes enough to even know which type to make. If I used tabs I could lose 10 bankspaces to them. If I need a one-click tele, I normally use the ectophial. As a result of having access to heroes/legends guild, I teleport almost exclusively with jewlery (excepting fairy rings) because the locations I visit most are edgeville (the GE, canoe station, fairy ring, and spirit tree) and draynor (I ahve explorer ring, but I normally have a ROL on so I rarely have the ring).

Is that a joke? You get there via the wizard tower. In the basement of the wizard tower is...an ess tele. Now maybe it is really inconveniant, I have not been by the wizard tower in months so I don't know, but I would think that while mildly inconveniant, there is no compeling reason to put an ess mine in the guild itself. That would just allow you to mine your ess for the game right there in the guild.

We already Euthanise pets to end there suffereing (at least in Canada) so there is precedent to make this legal already. From a pragmatic stand point, there is the fact that keeping people alive so they can suffer or be unaware vegtables is not only arguably immoral, but costly. Actualy, healthcare for the elderly is wasteful (but I am not that pragmatic personaly). Also, one should consider that a life is a persons own to spend however they wish. Within limits such as affecting another persons life in a manner they do desire (murder, theft, rape, etc.), I find we are already overly protective and limiting. A person should be of sound mind to make a decision to end their life, and they should consider the affect on other people too (its is selfish to commit suicide without considering others just as it is selfish to keep another alive in a state of torture against there will just so that you don't have to deal with their death). I do have some personal stipulations on Euthanising oneself, cheifly that the person requesting the procedure be the person who altimatly 'pulls the plug' unless it is pysicaly immposible (such as paralysis) to do so. This means even if you dont put the syringe in yourself, you must be the one who actualy does the injecting (leaving you the choice to abort and pull the needle out unused). This can be applied to most any method be it some dagger or an electric chair (what a painful death). If people wan't to die, they will die, and no laws will prevent it.

The rate you get xp at the blast furnace depends largly on how much you help. You will gain the most by no helping run the machine unless nessasary.

Because of the size of this filter, it would need to be mostly blacklists, and unless the ISPs have computers with specially designed CPU's for blacklisting/censoring , there is no way to do this without slowdowns. A point brought up in the second article about what happens after a censor is implace. Its is true, once the censor exists, it becomes very easy to add to it. Maybe nothing big, bit a little here a little there and suddenly alot more is gone because everything adds up. I would guess that peer-to-peer sharing (noteably torrents) would go, though I don't see how you could block already existing torrents. The best you could easily manage there is banning any site that downloads a torrent client or hosts a torrent file/tracker). If this were done to Canada, my country, and they blocked p2p, the party that alloed it wouldn't have a hope of being elected for the next century. Last I checked, Canada was essentialy the largest contributer of software piracy (per capita) in the world, with total piracy being around the same as the entire United states (meaning per capita, Canadians pirate about 10 times as much as americans). 4% collateral damage is massive. I would not accept anything less than maybe 0.1%, maybe less. For encrypting a partion on your Hard Drive, you dont always need a program. My laptop has an encrypted HD so that is someone steals the hard drive, it will be absolute giberish because there is a hardware encryptor/decryptor in the system. Of course if the police sieze the system, they just leave the HD in the laptop or dycrypt it (surely they can, or can send it to an agency that can do it). If they want to know what you have been doing, its easier to just ask the ISP and only search a computer when they know something is there. Lastly, Windows Vista is the most information retentive program I have ever seen. I am sure it can be byspased, but then Linux can be too.

As long as it fits in my POH and dosen't make me look completly stupid, its ok. I could go for something in the sheild or ammulet spot since those are lacking (don't need a cape if th elast one is anything to go by #-o )

Jowns everything in RuneScape including the game itself. If someone sells any of that stuff for money then they are elling something that belongs to someone else, so they are effectively selling stolen goods. Theft of intelectual/virtual property is still theft and should be punishable.

D Jay has the solution. I have never had problems like this, and honestly it loads faster now. I like haveing favorite worlds since one of mine was a pain to get to since I have one main world in the top of the list and another someplace in the middel. I also really realy like how there are no ads in f2p for mems now.

Seems pretty clear to me... They really should not have said 'minimum boundries' because the RSOF just can't grasp this. The mods statement is actualy a contradiction because he states that risking more than 75k has no more effect than risking just 75k. Mathmaticly I would think that is a maxmimum. He might have been thinking minimum to get full chance of good drop and boundry because going above 75k changes nothing.

I think they fixed this today with an update around 6 hours ago.

By level 30 wild I can hit anyone from level 126 (130 something actualy) down to 50.5 (so probably 51). Now were going deeper than that I think. This new system makes teh wild far more dangerous than befor because of the huge addition (for higher levels) to the limit for attacking. Making it the higher level that determines combat or no combat is even worse...for teh low levels. I hope to be there, but it's 5pm so this could be tricky.

The prtection prayers are generaly only used in combat it both parties are using them. Most of the time flashing a protect prayer will act as a sheild agaist attacks...until you go multi where I have seen people specificly targeted for piling because they used a protect prayer (besides in multi you could recive attacks from all 3 sides of the triangle...at once. So if you are wandering through single way combat, a protect prayer may help keep you alive if your out of food but still have prayer. Now the offensive prayers on the otherhand are very useful because they can make your combat level effectively rise a few notches if you activate them all (of course your prayer would dissapear very fast with 3 prayers running like that. Now piety and chivalry (never have seen a symbol above heads for them so I assume there invisible) I immagine would provide that same invisible yet substantial boost without making your prayer dissapear in a matter of seconds. Prayers are effectively combat potions that cost no money directly and dont gradualy wear off. If you wan't to kill with prayer, no one is really going to know and it makes life oh so easy.

The chance of geting a drop 4 iteming is so slim its a pointless occupation. Unless your skulled (which defeats the point of 4 iteming), you arent risking those items (under protect item prayer too) so you wont get a valuble drop.

I don't think they have special because if you look at the special list, only fragon weapons are listed (ex: its dragon long NOT dragon long/corrupted dragon long). Besides with 30minute life thats 3 specials for a weapon I think. But again, I dont think they have specials.

I don't like losing my 3 digit cmb level to this update. This is NOT because I can't go on the vet lander, I don't PC anyways because the xp blows and on the vet lander I get slaughtered. I know there cheep levels but... Anyways I will love the update once I have 100+ as a base cmb because then people will be able to see I am a legit 100+ not a summoning 100+ (so I actualy have no good reason to dislike other that how confusing it is to see 10 of these levels stacked like when people fish).
