I agree with many of your points, but for this month I think that Jagex had been going in the right direction. Looking at the BTS, we've got organised banking and item lending. Believe me, those updates close a lot of loose ends for us. The graphical update, at last there's no more 'coming soon...' which everyone hates. Lumbridge Achievement Diary, more loose ends tied up. Only thing is Jagex's inability to lay off the quests for a month, as well as their inability to produce a storyline finishing quest.

It does touch the ground, because you can look closer and closer, dividing and dividing, and you do so infinitely. And at infinity cycles, the distance between the pencil and the ground is an infinitesimal. As with 0.999... = 1, 0.000...001 = 0 Distance between pencil and ground = 0 So you can study something infinitely, but you will just end up with the obvious answer.

As said before, electricity requires a conducting circuit to get anywhere, apart from in dangerously high amounts. EM Radiation doesn't need anything to get anywhere. But, you could use them together. The section where the energy must be wirelessly sent could be projected as a beam of EM radiation and then converted into electricity at the appliance. However, I have my reservations if such radiation can be transmitted in quantities big enough to power, say, a kettle, but not harm humans in the way. Remote controls only get away with it because it doesn't aim to transfer actual energy, just enough to send data, so only very small amounts need to be sent.

I don't see any symbol on the cape, and you have to remember that the Sailing picture was a fake, or Jagex just got really bad at drawing skill symbols. But, I do like the speculation around the staff, and I agree it looks interesting.

Lol, so it's like an empty room, and a bank. Be more imaginative, maybe a minigame, alternative ways to train firemaking. Make it interesting.

The black crossbow was introduced to fill in a gap in the series, that's why they mentioned it. It wasn't a hint. But that doesn't mean that a TT drop is a bad idea.

Woah, it is a beta, not a full blown unchangable update. They are looking for suggestions and improvements. Start criticising them when they stop the beta testing and haven't fixed it yet. Besides, I use Skype to communicate with others instead of clunky typing messengers (No unfocusing ftw).

Loving the video. I'd have to agree it's just become like any other popular MMO with advertisments everywhere and I hope they don't go to TV ads like WoW did. I don't think that Jagex is big enough to convince Mr T to do it. *envisions tv ad* Oh god no. NO!

I think that people are more used to splats, but I do agree that they aren't good enough for the graphics we have right now. Maybe just make them appear better, vary the shape according to the style hit (slash, stab, magic), and also change the '0' splats so they are shaped to show the reason for the block (simply defending, or prayer). Something to provide more info so you can adjust accordingly. I think that the 'rising number' might be too hard to see and wouldn't be much of an improvement.

I think you're right. This is clearly a call for help, but it might be an echo of a moment during the godwars. But what is the beast? What ever it is it has the ability to draw life energy, and is obviously powerful.

There's worse. I haven't tried it in HD, but normal RS gliches up the minimap on one or two entire levels of the grand tree. I don't have any pictures though. :| And yeah, there's other spots where things have turned black like the famous bridge over the Lum.

Is it just that square where the water has 'hardened'? I'm surprised that someone just happened to click randomly on that square, and it just happened to be a glitched up one. We're the best bug-finders in the world.

I just got my graphics card today, and I can say this: I am never playing without fullscreen ever again. It's amazing, I can honestly say that Jagex deserves a break for their hard work.

It will get released when all of the really major bugs are smoothed over. I don't think that it was a good idea for them to release these things all at once. For example, everything which also affected the lower details (human chat heads, all monster shadows, area graphical improvements) should have been released before the big one. But, you can't change the past without causing some kind of universe-destroying paradox, so I guess they just have to fix all of them first and then let the f2pers in.
