I am guessing that MechScape is in Java, so to claim that MS (oh dear, we need to find a better acronym, I'll read it and think Microsoft) is "one or two steps beyond RS HD" in terms of graphics is a big ask. RS HD was revolutionary in it's own right for such a platform. So how are they going to target 20 year-olds? Are they going to have darker themes?

I personally would like something that would notify me how long it would take for an effect to wear off. But for now, I support this.

Although the idea is nice, I don't think that it would fit in with a continuation of the Lumbridge/Draynor Achievement Diary. I reckon it would be great though to implement something to do with the Champion's Guild and upgrade it further from there. Explorer's ring 4 doesn't sound right anyway, how about the 'Champion's Ring'?

You may as well put that underneath the suggestion title then, even if it is pretty much self explanatory, people are going to see it and wonder where the elaboration went. Meh, do what you want. Oh, and I support #11!

That's the problem I've always had with democracy. It only works to satisfy the majority no matter how ridiculous, not to do what's fair or what's right. Unfortunately, that's the best thing we've got. There's no numerical value for what is fair and what is right, so we have to approximate. As such, we have to trust each other. Yes, your vote counts, but never forget that you are not the only person in the world with an opinion and a voice.

I believe that was intentional. After all, Harry is a year older in every book and as such sees the world in a progressively more mature way. In terms of originality, the plot of Harry Potter far surpasses Twilight. I think the vampire genre has been milked dry, you can only fit a limited number of themes with it.

I really doubt Jagex would give in to Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony or the like that easily. After all, they don't have to expand to a console, and it seems that consoles are becoming more and more like modified computers instead of distinctly different machines. It won't be long before the consoles can run Runescape anyway and then Jagex just needs to modify the game themselves to have an option which would enhance the ease of use of different controllers like something similar to the Wii Remote, like adding remote gestures. Over time, Jagex will have the upper hand, and then free to play would be free on consoles anyway.

For me, 8:30 to 4:00, every day. A few years ago it was 7:45 to 5:30 or 6:00 alternating, that wasn't great.

In Britain, we have the NHS, but we have far too much unemployment and disability benefit, you can easily live off it and never have to work, even if you could get a job. It's nice that people who are legitimate jobseekers do it get a smooth ride, but there's far too many people who abuse the system.

The Third Man is good. Can buy some offline from IWOOT. There are some concerns with the chemicals within the actual cartidge and also in some places it is being advertised as a "health alternative". Various governing bodies are looking into this. I got an article somewhere... I would try this. But I dont smoke anyway. :| Pretty much anything could be in those cartridges and it still would be a healthier alternative to tobacco. There's some nasty stuff in real cigarettes.

The problem here is that as more and more people do this and only attack others as mutual agreements, it will become safer and safer, which is against the principle of PvP worlds. There should be some serious profits in taking out someone else and not getting killed yourself.

Well, I don't think we're losing much, we just have a variation of the sitting animation instead. Unusual character positions (we are nearly always standing up) are always going to introduce loads of graphical bugs, considering the vast number of clothes and body parts involved. It was bad enough with the home teleport.

Intentional plagiarism gets you zero marks. In fact, if you get caught doing that just once for coursework, instant suspension and a Saturday detention, as well as zero marks. If it's something less important like regular school work, it's up to the teacher, usually a Friday detention. In our school, they see you coming. And to be perfectly honest, it's justified. I don't understand what you're being awarded for if it isn't your own work.

I did my first AS exam today (Maths Core 1), and I have 8 more to go. Two Physics exams tomorrow, then Maths Core 2 and Philosophy 1 the day after. Then I get a week off! :D Oh, I'm studying AS Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Philosophy.

I used to, but now I can't be bothered. I only bike for short distance transport, so I feel that any reasonably likely injuries aren't going to happen to my head. Besides, it's a natural instinct to make sure the head is the last thing that impacts with a hard surface if I fall off, but I suggest wearing one if you're doing something a bit more hazardous like mountain biking.

None of those explanations justifies getting more than 100% though. When you get 100%, you have achieved all of the marks available, and that should include any extra credit or weighting (which I think should be reflected in the grades, not the marks). You can't just add marks and call any result a 'percentage' unless you use a denominator equal to the maximum possible marks. If the value for the maximum possible marks is undefined, don't use a percentage at all! @OT: You may or may not be held back, depending on how decisive those marks are in the terms of your education.
