That would be kinda good and help keep the lower lvls out of the higher clans if the boats are combat lvl requirements.

I agree to some point with Krazyck, because to get a 99 in f2p means a lot of playing, and that supports Jagex. So Skill capes on f2p would be a good idea.

To never use it just for 180k isn't worth it.

I don't see how they make money off it, because they need a computer and internet, and if they sell 1mill gp for $1.50 you'd think they would be losing money due to internet costs.
