I open my jaw up and down so I can hear the little pulling noise (hard to describe) in the far back of my jaw. when I'm day dreaming while sitting at a desk, my legs tremble. People then think I'm nervous or about to have a seizure. I love to make popping noises with my mouth. I try to do whatever weird habits people say on this thread as i read (I.e. popping my eardrums while holding my nose, cracking my fingers) When I'm watching a youtube video or when I used to play RS, I'd always have my left index finger in my mouth. I do the toothbrush thing everyone else does. when I'm doing math homework (and only math homework) I play with my hair.
  2. Wow. never saw that coming. But you know that everyone who believes america deserves the title will say "its only 1%" and "australia has less people". and watch, now americans will see this and think its safe to be fat again and consume food more and take #1 next year. after all, america has more fat people than australia has people :| . although this is still cool news to show off to the people who will stereotype america as consisting of 99% fat people.
  3. I've heard it was originally meant for the military. I've also heard of a little kid who died drinking half the can. Energy drinks are dangerous [cabbage]. If you ask me, they are all unnecessary even for those people who say they need it to keep them going.
  4. 5/10 see you a lil bit. and yes Evil Mum Ra is very hot. He said he had a twin sister. Putting his face in female form scares me...
  5. Oh God... another Treyarch game? we're screwed. Seriously, I think IW should just take over the entire CoD franchise. Meh, I might get the game anyway if reviews seem ok. will there be an online play for the Wii? I hope Nintendo doesn't screw up that wifi too like they did Brawl.
  6. Players on Wifi (particularly Mario Kart Wii) who go on Worldwide servers just because they think its cool to see someone playing from another country, then seriously suck at the game. Boss battles where you have to accumulate items or press several switches during the battle in order to defeat it. I really prefer killing the guy with brute force than pressing 5 buttons to activate some one hit KO weapon. When enemies that are supposed to be ownage are caught behind a wall which makes them sitting ducks. Runescape bosses are the perfect example (I'm looking at you, Jad). When in CoD4 players randomly open up polls to kick an innocent player from the game just for laughs. Pointless rank systems that give players no advantage in online play (i.e. VR rating in Mario Kart Wii, or prestige in CoD4).
  7. I'm thinking the CoD Series might have a chance at stardom now that Halo's over. The game series seems to be in chronological order (first the World wars and now Modern Warfare). Perhaps they'll make a future version of CoD and it pretty much becomes the new Halo? Otherwise, pretty much any decent FPS can replace Halo. Halo is seriously overrated.
  8. I have 3 friends who are die hard brawl fans. When we played at one of their houses, we had a blast for a good 2 hours. We nicknamed the Bumper item the "ball of rape". Seriously, you can throw that thing at someone regardless of their damage and it knocks em clear off the field. Then there's the [bleep]-slap fan. Press A repeatedly and you got your opponent in a death trap of slaps from the fan. One time my friend caught me in the trap and slapped me to 300% and then used a finishing move to pwn me... and its freaking fun to have the smash ball appear and have everyone jumping, smashing, and throwing things at eachother to reach the ball, only for everyone to panic and run away when someone smashes it open and is ready to unleash their attack.
  9. Well your list pretty much nailed everything. Wii sports, Wii Fit, and Wii Play are the Big 3 in family fun. While Brawl and MKW are great fun with friends around. If you like playing alone, LoZ and Resident Evil 4 are always there for the die-hard gamer. Wii is perfect for everyone
  10. If that was a joke, it was NOT funny. Wiki says its a web browser. All I knew was it had something to do with the internet (I wasn't joking about the "whats a firefox" part. Sounded like a pokemon to me. Logo looks like a Ninetales.) Then I read more through the thread and realized I fail at assumptions :-# . Meh, I'm sticking to IE. Never wronged me before. So whats the difference between a Firefox and IE? Firefox just looks cooler? more tools or something? I'm clueless, sorry.
  11. Whats a firefox? is that a pokemans? To Wikipedia I go...
  12. Ben (4th-8th grade)- The kind of stereotypical bad boy kid. We were in a private school so the hairstyles and dress code were limited. One day Ben got 3 detentions for missing homework in several classes. He simply got up and walked out of the school. Police came later. He gets in a lot of street fights. His parents couldn't pay the monthly tuition, so halfway through the second semester of 8th grade he was transferred to a public school. He drops by after school now and then to say hi. But he's seriously changed. He can actually wear what he wants and so he chooses all black with a mohawk hairstyle the teachers at our school would have never allowed. He has a girlfriend and has sex with her regularly (and we're 14 btw), and he still flirts and makes out with some of the girls in my class. Once when my friend was sleeping over at Ben's place they heard his parents having sex in the room next door. His mother left the family a few months later. He now deals drugs and is the kind of "bad boy from a bad home" your mother warned you never to hang out with. Being a private schooler, we don't have many quirky people. There's a kid who never shuts up about Final fantasy, another kid who has a communist cat (the cat's name is Mao-Mao because he's chinese), another kid who plays cards in class, and another who loves pretends he's [developmentally delayed]ed.
  13. Did you hear Arby's bought off wendy's? need to find the link to the article. Anyway, commercials do this all the time. They classify themselves as different from competitors. Like in car commercials "it's not just a car..." then what is it? or when they say they're super fuel efficient ebcause they get 2 extra mpg over their competitors. As for the fast food industry, we've seen similar comemrcials. McDonald's saying their food is 100% natural, which is true (they don't have plastic meat), but they forgot to mention the loads of fats and oils they use to create it. Subway making their commercials look like they were responsible for Jared losing 200 pounds. Wendy's saying they're not fast food anymore. I can't say anything about BK because their commercials are incredibly stupid. all they have is the king doing stupid stuff. and now with the salmonella from tomatoes going on, companies are frantic in getting inspected so they can brag their tomatoes are FDA approves which automatically means they're the best fast food place on earth. and looking at the giant [wagon] burger pictures above, I'm ready to puke. I didn't realize it was a burger at first until I saw the bun at the top. I initially thought it was a big [wagon] caterpillar found at a fast food resteraunt. The cheese shows how disgusting it is... just looking at it makes me want to have an anal evacuation.
  14. Got in a political debate with a Republican in a line for a ride at six flags. didn't end well :wall:
  15. ^ was thinking the same thing. It sounds too fictional. a bug that consumes junk and produces one of the most demanded materials in the world. It sounds like a sci-fi author's desperation for a new story line for his 300th book. If this works, oil may actually become a fully renewable resource (although it'd take a LOT of the bacteria to produce it, and who knows the health hazards?). But it still won't be enough for gas companies to lower their prices -.- Freakin' capitalism.
  16. There's no need to be like that ok? If you don't think praying will do anything to help him, all you need to do is wish him good luck and be done. There's no reason to blatantly point out you think their prayers are useless. If someone turns to God in their time of need let them be, whether you believe He'll do anything or not. as for the thread owner's uncle, I will keep him in my prayers. Thank god I haven't felt what its like to lose a beloved person yet, so I really do hope your family recovers, coming from the person who doesn't know what loss means yet.

Meh. I visited /b/ once just to see what on earth it was. I'm never visiting again. Now ever since I gave up porn because I realized how much of a loser I was for watching it, I've been trying to avoid porn. Problem is, its impossible to have a discussion on /b/ without someone posting it. The other boards don't interest me. There should be a rule that keeps porn strictly to the pornography boards so the immature and the horny can flock there. I've tried out visiting /r9k/ and its definitely an improvement (still don't get the name though) because discussions seem to be a little more mature. I guess I'm still to clueless for 4chan...

You know the problem is so many people are prudes nowadays. They take kissing on the cheek as a greeting as sexually oriented, a public show of affection, and whatever nonsence conservative students come up with today. I'm of Pakistani and Indian heritage. We greet everyone, particularly our elders, with a kiss on the cheek. Whether they're men or women it doesn't matter. I see nothing wrong with it. when I go to a cultural gathering, the first thing the children and even teens do is go around greeting and cheek kissing every one there we know who's older than us. Growing up this way, I see nothing wrong with it and just because kissing is associated with passionate affection it no longer can be used in America or many other countries as anything less than "I want to love you passionately". Want to know something else you people might find strange? we call everyone older than us "Uncle" or "Auntie" whether they're related to us or not. its a sign of respect, just like in Spanish you use "usted" meaning "you" for your elders out of respect instead of "tu". Back on track, I see nothing wrong with cheek kissing, particularly for your elders. maybe for someone our age kissing a peer it's a bit awkward. But if I ever cheek kissed one of my parent's friends in front of my own non-pakistani friends, they'd probably call me gay or a pervert for the rest of my life.
  19. Favorite metal coaster would probably be The Hulk at Universal Studios Florida. Normal roller coasters with giant initial drops take you to the top slowly then launch you dowbn. With the Hulk, it takes you up slowly halfway up then suddenly bursts you up to the top and downward. Its freaking awesome. Favorite wooden coaster would definitely be The Boss at Six Flags MO. Its probably of the longest coaster I've ever ridden and has loads of long drops and spins. A fraction of the boss: If you ever go to Six Flags Chicago: DO NOT RIDE THE DARK KNIGHT. Its the biggest piece of [cabbage] since sliced turd. 2 hour wait for that junk ride.
  20. Well I know a guy who's a police officer. One useful tip he gave me: don't bother for a degree in criminal justice. Nowadays, police departments hire people of almost any degree. The police Academy teaches you all you need to know about police duty. so really the degree is pointless. and lets face it. when you become an old 60 year old fat man, unless you enjoy desk duty at the police offices, chasing bad guys might not be that easy for you any more. You're better off with a degree in something you can use after you turn in the badge so you can insure your income. and often times people with a degree in criminal justice find that police duty isn't for them. there's a certain time you have to run a mile in and many people with the degree just can't run the mile that fast (in Chicago I'm pretty sure its 7:46 or something) or do other sort of activities police officers normally do. if you decide police duty isn't for you, you're stuck with a degree unless you go to criminal desk duty or something else you might find slightly boring.

I fell for the one about the Croc hunter death video  starts off with a message saying something about the event, then suddenly... BAM screamer. Cruel heartless bastards who make such videos on the death of such a man. then again I'm not much better for actually watching the video thus attempting to exploit his death for my own curiousity's sake. Damn it. What to watch out for hints of screamers? -Rather short videos (usually 15-60 seconds long) -Interesting comments "look closely at the center of the screen to see the color change" -controversial video titles "PRESIDENT BUSH GOES MAD! uncensored!" -Comments from users that basically gives everything away "Not scary. I didn't fall for it. screamers are pointless". But screamers are great fun. I personally prefer being rickrolled though. more humor.
  22. Grr. this thread is becoming an animal rights thread like the thread on fur. *note to self: never bring up animals in OT discussions* Animal rights aside, we all know that whether the puppy was real or fake or had diplomatic rights or the right to a life or whatever crap animal rights activists vs. "mother nature my foot" activists throw at eachother, it still makes american soldiers look bad. animal torture is for twisted little kids with no friends who have nothing better to do than kill things. We all know the youtube community. whenever a video featuring controversial material or stupidity surfaces, the first thing many users respond is to generalize about the country in which the video takes place. Russian man goes mad in his office? "stupid russians". US troop throws puppy off cliff? "heartless american bastards". british woman parks car oddly? "[wagon] brits". You get my idea. if a soldier makes himself look like a fool, the whole armed forces looks foolish. if the armed forces, which defends our nation, looks foolish; then our nation itself looks foolish. This guy was giving us a bad name, regardless of the puppy's rights. The last thing we need is "if they did that to a puppy, what will they do to Iraqi people?" crap. This guy deserved punishment.
  23. Meh its because they couldn't find the black mole on the back of the black guy. Not to be racist or anything (really! I hav friends who are black!) but seriously... they couldn't find an already hard to see mole on his back and so they automatically determined it wasn't him. Well that just shows that with a celebrity there's never enough evidence. had it been a random guy off the streets the videos shown would have instantly made the jury agree "yup that's definitely him alright". Just like martha stewart and paris hilton. Get it in your heads, world: celebrities are ABOVE the law.
