  1. No, it isn't necessary. They just never understand how the update really is, and complain before even using the update. Typical behavior for little kids. I know.. I have a brother and sister (aged 10 and 8) and thats what they do for everything.
  2. the Bandos GS was at around 42m a few weeks ago when i was last on, so did it go back up to 50m or do you just have your prices wrong? Anyways, I currently have a red H'ween mask, and before that, had a BGS, which I thought was Decent at best. It can hit very high, but it is not definite, and the Whip is very much better in speed, which makes up for the GS's hard hits. The GS is also only really hard hitting like you seen in vids, when you have 99 str. at my Str, 83, i was just barely hitting above 35s, and with pot was just under 40. I personally sold it after a few swings, and don't plan on buying any Gs. Personally, I would buy Guthans, Veracs, a Whip, Fury and D boots with that 33M you have, and then train up your CB, or invest into a skill. GS really isn't worth the outrageous prices it is now.
  3. I would have to say Tip.it is much harder to quit than Runescape. I haven't been on Runescape in nearly 3 weeks, adn still log into the Tip.it forums from time to time, and see if anything big has happened on Runescape. Now, i haven't quit Runescape yet, but i find it much easier to not play Runescape, compared to not looking and posting on the Tip.it forums. I said it once before, I'd probably never play Runescape again, but I really doubt I will be able to leave the Forums. Its something that is still good fun. I even log into Runescape just for the Events, and thats pretty much what i do in Runescape for now.
  4. The skillcapes are meant to have the skill icon on them, so they should. +1
  5. kinda pointless if we don't know amounts... 0/10
  6. Thanks a ton, im probably gonna go tomorrow and try it out. I would today, But World Series is on
  7. I want a Red+ Blue Mask by christmas, so not really a gift, but a goal for me.
  8. [hide=̮̣Ãâ ââ¬â¢ÃâêÃÆãâââ¬Ã¡ÃâùÃÆãÃâ ââ¬â¢Ãâ¹Ã¢â¬Â (list)] 91 RC- Simply THE best way to make money w/o staking and merchanting. Rune Armor- without it, where would any of us be? D skimmy- Best overall weapon in my opinion, and can train strength Whip- easily a very good weapon, but with a flaw of not being able to train strength. DDS- K0 potential, very important in PKing/CW! Guthans- No food?! nice 8-) A slayer must! Dragon Boots- Good and all, and str bonuses are really great for boots Godwars Armor- Good bonuses, but price isn't really worth the bonuses DFS- a good shield, but not really worth the money. Rune def is much better Torags- good def, but repairing drags it down Dragon Armor- waste of money for armor that gives slightly better def Godswords- good, and strong, but the price is insane. Bandos Boots- Drag boots... why pay 1.8m for something better worth 500k? DH- Why waste money on this? it hits high, sure, but you need low hp, where any monster could get lucky and kill you. Infinity- waste of money... period Fury- 4m for something a few bonuses better than glory? i dont think so Robin Hat/Range boots- way overpriced, mostly your paying for looks, when there alternatives with near equal bonuses. [/hide] It did take quite some time.
  9. Well money isn't a problem at this moment, but then if i can't solo, would it be possible to team with others? If so, could I make a post on the RSOF for a team? I really don't know there i could find a group other than that.
  10. Rapid i would use, it is just about as strong as accurate, and gives lots more xp per hour. Rapid only hits one less damage than accurate i think, and makes up for it in speed, and still generally hits alot.
  11. Can I do it? lots people say its really good, but i just want a straight answer. My stats are in my sig, and if anyone could offer a guide on how to solo them, it would be great. Thanks in Advance
  12. I would like to solo, but idk if i can with my stats.. If you think you could tell me if its possible with my stats it would be great. OT: Very nice trip. The axe is definitely the highlight of that trip, and zerker makes it even better. Archer is a bit of overkill lol. 8/10 ive only seen one solo trip that looks nicer, and idk where but the guy got 2 axes and a zerker i think.
  13. question bout number 3.. hes been a member of the forums since '06, so hes not really new. OT: I still am trying to find a good reason why I play. Probably to fill up empty time.
  14. When i first started playing, i actually thought my level (combat level) was raised by training all other skills. So i mined and wc'ed to 40 each, and kept asking people what level i was, and when they kept saying 3, i was getting mad, until someone said the level displayed by a character is only raised by training atk, str, def, range, mage, and hp. I stopped mining and wcing after that for nearly 3 months.
  15. The specs are not the only think that makes the swords less expensive... Its the supply of the swords. Bandos and Zammy are the "easiest" to fight and get to, and sara is only really expensive because it requires 70 agility just to enter the encampment, which not many people have.
  16. range: you can range the skeletons over the wildy ditch, or train on the spiders/minotaurs in SoS def: you just train on whatever you did for atk and str. Moss giants, hill giants, SoS creatures are all good choices.
  17. Just be careful about the monsters. They can kill even the strongest of players. death Plateau I think is required to teleport to Troheillm, and there is a mage requirement to use the spell. Nothing much except good armor and good stats.
  18. There are always stupid cheats on runescape, and none of them are true. Just play the game how it is. There are never any runescape cheats.
  19. 8-10 mimes 10+ drill demons 10+ freaky foresters 25+ frogs (missed first one) I get randoms tons of times, and don't record the number of times i get them.
  20. Maybe your Java is outdated, or just isn't installed correctly. Try reinstalling it, or updating it at www.java.com
  21. Because people are like that. You most likely have a keylogger, or some other virus that can record the keystrokes. You can get them from visiting websites, or downloading something that has it attached.
  22. I would stick with mage, it makes runs go faster, and you can get more/better loot quicker
  23. a big showing of this is the new quests. most old quests that were master difficulty made a few years ago were pretty tough, but the new quest, "back to my Roots" is supposedly a master quest, yet was an easy completion
  24. IMA report ye  (nah, jk) But i agree with you on one part, if you post something that doesn't belong somewhere, it quickly gets locked or reported. But on a different opinion, the stickys help from the forums being clogged with all similar topics, like clue rewards, or scammed rants, so they are helpful, in ways, and not in some.
  25. Thats impossible, as the tele other ice plateau is in 50+ wild, so you CANT tele from there. the damage is also strange, possibly a glitch where people get one-hitted in the halloween event, and someone glitched the damage out? I highly doubt it, and im probably just messing around, but thats the only thing i know of that throws out high damage right now.
