You should always be trying to level summoning.

Void mace has a +10% damage modifier for claws of guthix. Autocasting is no longer an issue, but that used to be one of the reasons why CoG > other god spells, yes.

Started in 2001. All I did back then was wander around exploring. Took tons of breaks, came back to the game when I was 16 in 2006, which is when I finally started playing the game. I couldn't tell you what it was like when the KBD was released and I never PKed in classic. I just remember being in awe at all of the high levels in full rune with dragon weapons dueling in Lumbridge. I remember asking people to kill me via duel so I could get back to Lumbridge quickly. I remember signing up for members the moment I could. I remember being terrified whenever I crossed white wolf mountain, and I'd stay in the Ardougne area for as long I could because I didn't want to cross the mountain again. I remember beta testing RS2. I guess that's what resonates most with me. EDIT: Oh, and I chose the miner class when I made my account because my best friend IRL told me that miners got rich. I was a non-PKer. My character in RSC had a black shirt, blue pants, and short brown hair.

They didn't fail at fixing it.. They just chose not to remove the excess items that came into the game. No, apparently it still worked even after the rollback. I wouldnt know, as i dont do MTK, but yea. This is correct. They definitely failed to fix it. People are still getting getting inflated MTK rewards.

It was pretty clever of Jagex to announce that there'd be a trail-specific item in every casket, then throw in a bunch of cheap new rewards that can be gotten from any clue level. <_< It makes clues no more worth doing than before, really.

I actually find "bank skills" to be the hardest. I don't like AFKing a game. But seriously, I think agility, dungeoneering, slayer, and runecrafting are the hardest skills, in that order. Agility is exactly like runecrafting, but none of the profit and faster exp. Dungeoneering and slayer require a lot of attention, memorization of methods, and rely more on personal skill than any other skill. Runecrafting is slow exp and mind-numbingly tedious.

Always, yeah. Tank as much as possible. EDIT: If you don't have a fury, get one.

I think he means 32 rooms, at least one of each room, best possible items in every room, and multiple rooms to hold variations of the best items. Definitely hard to give an accurate estimate off the topic of my head, but a ballpark figure would be 250-400M depending on what you do.

Yeah, that looks good. Get an archer's ring, but not ranger boots. Because you're only level 70 summoning, stick with a bunyip for now. As for inventory, just bring a few ranging potions, a few prayer potions, and a little food. Consider using a blessed spirit shield on tasks you get hit hard on. Use the 10% ranged prayer. Always use the best slayer master you can. When you get to Kuradal, use knives/darts with a ferocious ring on greater demons. EDIT: Use an EE for specs if you have one. If you don't, consider getting one.

Off topic: Personally, I would craft astrals anyway just because I hate using the abyss.

I just use them since I'd rather be planing SC then training con or smithing. +1. Same thing applies to the BA horn and agility/mining/FMing.

When I was doing Haunted Mine, I read that the boss fight was insanely hard, so I brought full karils, melee gear, a whip . . . basically all of my best ranged and melee gear + sharks and potions. I screwed up epically and died. This was way before gravestones (I wouldn't have made it back anyway), and I lost like 1.5m, which was a LOT for me back then. I went back with just melee and had a much easier time, lol. Oh, and when I got my first set of full mith in RSC -- which was a huge achievement for me -- some dude told me he'd give me his account for it. I accepted. I felt like I could do anything in Runescape with a level 54. :lol: Needless to say, he recovered his account. I was hacked and lost my account for a year in 2002. Not a single thing was changed when I got it back. I'm sure it was my stupidity that got me hacked. When my best friend IRL started playing RS in 2003, he asked me what my password was, and I gave it to him. A week later I got a r2h and power ammy (huge deal for me) and told him. They were gone the next day. I guessed his password and stole them back. We never spoke of this incident. :lol: I was a stupid [bleep]ing kid.

There aren't really any tasks worth ranging at high combat levels, so I left out ranged gear. It's an expensive list as it is.

Provides unlimited cats. No, I'm not going to stop saying that. I'm not sure how I feel about the trimmed fury. I've always liked the "discrete" look of the fury compared to other amulets.
