Chaotic staff vs SOL
Chaotic staff is better. The SOL special is pretty useless when you consider the condition you'll use it in, you will just get piled by a bunch of people and die anyways. The spec bar has much better uses than the SOL.

do you enjoy grind ?
I don't like grinding at all. I can't stay at a grind task for more than half an hour. It's amazing sometimes I can even last a whole war tortoise at frost dragons, I usually just dismiss it halfway through and go do something else. Even when I train construction, I don't do it for more than 2-3 hours at once. However, I can manage to play 5 straight hours of castle wars (given I have the supplies) without a break :shades:

Those are really nice! My favourite is the "Who died?", but the "Chaos Elemental" was pretty neat as well

Seer's Elite.
Or just get 81 fletch, +4s are much more common and don't take long to get at all.

Decent Herb Droppers?
Old days when herbs weren't even the best for MTK? To OP: try the mid level slayer monsters (abby spects, turoths), and use a macaw while killing them.

What is still worth it?
technically more efficient to do butterflies for xp and then monster hunt for gp, if you are able to access those bosses. True, but for people who aren't maxed with turm and overloads getting a cool 1.2-1.5 mil an hour is considered pretty good. Especially when compared to things like cutting yews... I'm under the impression even blue dragons at a modest combat level with the 70 agility shortcut is better than 1.5m/hour. Could be wrong though. Hard to get over 1.5m/hour at dragons i think. But maybe, I've never tried dragons for a long period of time at once, only done them in 30 minute spurts lol.

Conquest - Void minigame
1: Use the best setup (which now is nerfed) 2: Pwn some nuubs 3: ?????????? 4: PROFIT! It needed the nerf. 3 champs setups killed the minigame for two reasons: 1, champs are overpowered; 2, everyone used champs, and turned a great game with diversity into a boring grind. Now, champs have been lowered from 600 HP to 500 HP, but I haven't gone back to see if people have altered their setups.

DERP HERP Y U CUT WILLOW *or any log thats not ivy* WHEN UR 99 HERPPP
Ok Obt, you are clearly more secure than OP, happy now? The OP totally lives in his mom's basement and is fat and has no life and gets offended anytime a person on the internet questions him. You, on the other hand, is a bright young fellow with a bright future, and is out to enjoy life in its fullest, you don't care about others. Are you happy now?

Preliminary Analysis of Damage Soak And DDefender (Safe PvP)
So if the guy in rune has +200 crush defence, he gets 200/4.5, so 18% damage soak? That seems awfully overpowered.

Preliminary Analysis of Damage Soak And DDefender (Safe PvP)
Since you're original post was really long, and lots of graphs, etc. I didn't quite get it. What I'm interested in is that this means for dangerous Pvp, especially rune fights in edge. I currently use a maul, and when I don't get veng combo'd I do very well. So after this update what will happen?

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
What I want to know, is the reason that his success, has affected you so. I just don't want to see his name everywhere I go, is that allowed? It's great he's successful, but it annoys me because I don't like him. Anything wrong with that? I hope not.

What happened to this community?
Its a game. If you disrespect me in a game, call me a bot, call me all kinds of names because I didn't do EXACTLY what you wanted, then I am going to F with you. Let there be no doubt, that I can be the biggest ass in runescape. Its a matter of personal pride of course. Nothing you elistists can't understand... I actually love how you put "you elistists" in the bottom on of your post, yet you have 99 in every stat excluding RC (at 98) and DG (at 96.) Seems a tad inconsistent. He doesn't think everyone else is inferior though, which is what an elitist is about. Grandiosity Uh, ok? I don't get what that was supposed to prove. Elitism on this board has been established by a group of individuals who believe they are right 100% of the time, and will look at others in a non-important way. If you read the thread about crashing, you will get a better understanding of what elitists are like. Golvellius just trolls the elitists. Having high stats doesn't make you an elitist. Oh btw, I found the topic, it fell to a couple pages back, but you should read it to understand better.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Right now, what annoys me is no matter what song I listen to on YouTube, be it the Rollin Stones, Queen, Iron Maiden, there's always talk about Justin Bieber! Holy crap! I mean, isn't it enough that his name appears on his videos and other mainstream stuff like lady gaga, or whatever rapper is popular. The worst is that justin bieber comment is always thumbs upped to the top so everytime I see "## people are justin bieber fans" or "how does justin bieber have ##### many views while Queen only has ###". Ugh, stop talking about him already! /rant.

Spear or 2h for dungeoneering?
I say spear because you said you solo most of the times. When I solo, my 2h sometimes just refused to hit on certain monsters, it got really annoying. Also the spear is a bit faster than 2h iirc.

Only ranged character needs help.
Stay at minotaurs and gather the iron arrows. Once you have a couple thousand, go use them over at the hobgoblin peninsula next to the crafting guild. Don't bother to pick up those arrows, and you'll get some decently fast exp.

Too much damage
Going on a rant about Korasis: Damn, those things are stupid, i get combo'd left and right by korasi's because my maul just wants to hit 500s everytime the guy vengs, then boom, I get korasi specced. I basically have a 10% chance of living, and it just seems more accurate than it should be as well. I once got ko'd by Korasi without that spec, it just kept unloading 300s on me  /rant But yes, more focus on armour would be ideal, raising the level cap for constitution however, I think it's still too early for that.

Aren't we all a little crazy in the head? Let him do what he wants, so what if he doesn't chop ivies or teaks eh? But I'm agreeing with you guys on how this whole rant is kinda pointless.

Anybody Else Give Up on Combat?
You seem to be under the impression that the quality of the team is the ONLY thing to judge dungeoneering on. Like I've said, some people just dislike how the skill is built, what's to stop them from saying that at level 60 than at level 120? So what's for you to say who can have an opinion and who can't? This has nothing to do with being "pro" at dungeoneering. Anyways, this is getting really off-topic. OT: I find combat fun in spurts, if that makes sense. There can be a period of time where I'm totally into slayer, and train that for a couple weeks, but then I burn out and focus more on other stuff like training skills like construction, crafting, etc. And then I'll move onto minigames like castle wars, trouble brewing, and maybe go PK a bit. And maybe go back to slayer. Just like how sometimes I am really into herb farming, then other times I can't even bring myself to do a single run for five minutes. Granted, some of those things are still combat related, but usually there's no grind in them, and it's just for enjoyment.

Anybody Else Give Up on Combat?
Uh no, you hardly learn anything from level 1-60. You learn basic skill mechanics, which is not tantamount to knowing how to dungeoneer. I know the rules of football, but that doesn't make me a pro football player. Dungeoneering is definitely not the same from 1-60, 60-99, or 99-120, and arguing to the contrary shows just how little you know about it. Man, I never even said 60 dungeoneering makes you pro, so I don't know where that football thing came from. You're whole "i'm right, you're wrong" way of argueing is no way to go about it. I personally have 89 dungeoneering, and I can say from 1-60, and 60-89 were not very different. The only things that changed were better keying, better teammates, etc. But the BASICS, ie. exploring the dungeon, fighting a boss, getting exp, the whole concept of the skill does NOT change. And people ARE allowed to dislike dungeoneering because of the way it's built, and I personally know many people who dislike because it doesn't fit their play style. Just for the record, I have liked dungeoneering since level 1, and will probably continue to train it for more weapons to add to my arsenal. See, I liked it at level 1, and at level 30, level 60, level 80, and soon level 90. I can have an opinion on it.

DERP HERP Y U CUT WILLOW *or any log thats not ivy* WHEN UR 99 HERPPP
Please quote my post and bold the part where I was somehow able to force him to do something against his will. Good luck. You continue to ask him why he chops willows, after he's given you an answer, that it's part of his goal. Yet you keep on stating the same thing over and over again, saying chopping any log is the same, so why chop willow, which is implying you don't approve of OP's ways, and you can't understand why he's so "stupid". You don't have to actually say "I force you to stop chopping willow" to mean that, you're implying the OP is stupid because he doesn't play the same way as you.
