I played WoW for awhile and I didn't see any bots... You didn't look hard. WoW is worse than RS with bots and Blizzard even allows small macros so they pick up the illegal macros less. Do a herb run or two on WoW you'll be seeing about 20-40 druid bots on each herb spawn. In RS terms, imagine 40 bots on a yew tree yea it can get that bad. Not saying that it is always that bad, but the same can be said for RuneScape where sometimes there isn't a bot in sight, then you'll be shocked when you go to Frosts, green dragons ect. But people who say WoW doesn't have bots have never done a herb run. Or played wow. I loved seeing the bot armies floating around in orgrimmar :D

as i recall upon the end of rsc zezima was in his high 80's.. last i remember he was pk level 89, at barb village maxing out fishing with mox91 I know zez was well over 100 cmbt before rsc I'm not so sure.

But Tim. You are talking about the players in the game evolving to make the game harder. The game mechanics themselves, have only improved through times to make all skill training easier. So the game in itself is easier.

Seems like you are missing out on the whole point of a Rants section. Coming to a rants section and blowing off steam is what keeps some people from leaving.

I've logged into the game 10-20 times in the past year, yet I still share the topic creators opinion. The importance level of this game in my life has for a very long time flatlined at 0%. So I think your argument is invalid, seeing as I myself can feel frustration over a game I've ceased to play, albeit the frustration is on behalf of the players still playing.

the rs1 pking system was messed up beyond repair. still funner than rs2 pking though.
