Scroll of efficiency - worth it?
Eh, that'd be, say, 9m xp, or around 28k plates. You have an 8% chance of saving one bar, or about 2k bars saved? That would put the scroll at roughly 6m value, for 20k tokens, or 300 gp/token. Take your tokens/hr and normal gp/hr and see.

Keyboard Mouseclick
You can remap keys, I think, but it involves some obscure txt file I think, and forgot about.

Combat training
[hide] The base slayer gear is as follows (alternatives in brackets): [For all slayer monsters except those mentioned under other weapons] Chaotic rapier (whip) Bandos body + legs (Verac's skirt with either fighter torso or proselyte top) [Depending on prayer/accuracy needs] Fire cape/Soul Wars cape/Ardougne cloak 3 Barrows gloves (your best rfd gloves, at least rune) Dragon boots (rune boots) Amulet of fury (glory) Dragon defender Berserker ring (i)/ferocious ring if slaying in Kuradal's Dungeon (berserker ring, warrior ring) [Most important] Full slayer helmet. [For magic defence on waterfiends/aquanites] Karil's top and elite void skirt (black dragonhide body and chaps) [Crush attacks to use on waterfiends] Chaotic maul (Saradomin sword, Zamorakian spear) [stab attacks for higher-levelled dragons, when not using rapier] Korasi's sword (Zamorakian spear, leaf-bladed sword) Task-specific items such as mirror shields, antifire shields/potions, elemental shields, rock hammers, crystal chimes Cannon (optional, up to personal preference) Slayer setups generally emphasise strength bonus, which increases the average damage of each succesful hit (slayer monsters usually having rather low defence, hitting is not a problem). Secondly, prayer bonus is important to keep the cost of prayer potions down (as you slay with piety on, to increase the speed of your kills. This is cost-effective and highly recommended). As a rule of thumb, +15 prayer bonus or above is good, but don't overdo it (anything above +25 is a waste). Defence and accuracy bonus are usually not fretted over (any defence bonus over 200 will do; if you get hit too often you should be using a protection prayer). Dagganoth, black demon, lesser demon, hellhound, bloodveld and spectre tasks should be cannoned, as it dramatically increases xp rates (although it costs a bit). Some notes on gear: You'll want a fury and a berserker ring before you get bandos plate, and get that before tassets. You'll want accuracy bonus on higher-levelled dragons; if using stab attacks (which you should) you can use the Ardougne cloak 3 which provides you with +6 stab and +6 prayer bonus. Torso + sw cape and fire cape + proselyte are common cheap top/cape combinations; the former is better. Some levels to get for slayer (in approximate order but I'm not sure on the summoning): 68 summoning - bunyip 81 dungeoneering (you need 2 million xp, which takes you to level 80, but allowing some tokens for the scroll of life) - rapier 89 herblore (85 with a +4 stew boost) - extreme potions, superantifires 95 prayer - turmoil and soul split 88 summoning - unicorn 96 herblore (91 with a +5 stew boost) - overload 99 summoning - steel titan I'm sure I missed something but this is most of it. [/hide] Just remember that for later :P. For now, try this: dragon scimitar, defender (unlock it once you hit 65 atk & str), dragon plateskirt, rune platebody, glory, combat bracelet/rfd gloves, dragon/rune/climbing boots, random cape/ring. I'd get 70 attack first then borrow an ss from a friend to get 70 strength and buy a whip to get 70 defence. Use prayers and potions all the way, it speeds training up a lot.

Herblore & Magic
25 gp/xp is decent for herblore, for medium-fast xp. 200 crims and 150k magic xp per hour would be my estime for rock lobsters, but I'm not sure. You can try the AOW guide.

Construction.
It's also 200% more boring :P. I'd go with planking while chopping mahogany, or maybe teaks with adze or so.

These Effigy Things...
The totem also reduces dps, so it's really not that great. This is a guide to getting effigies (actually Zarfot's source).

Best melee exp p/h in game?
It really depends on what you want. If you want xp at all costs, you could try cannoning crawlers (ranged, melee, summoning xp and a large loss, ~one effigy per hour). Afk effigies would be black demons, or black dragons, but those probably require luring into a cannon to be any fast effigy-wise. Skeletal monkeys don't drop effigies, that's why they are not as great as they were. Armoured zombies drop them, very rarely; same for LRC. AZs and LRC also drop some charms, and both have niceish noted drops. I think Dharok's is around the same dps as void + rapier provided you bring a ko weapon (whip/rapier) or use a familar to finish low-health opponents. Of course you'd also have to train on something with rather high health, such as lrc.

next goal = 96 sum
Barrage would typically be better. You can choose to do ct fiends once you have an iron titan.

Best Way to Lvl Construction?
Hammers are not worth it for speed and possibly not for cost, depending on your income. Because xp is determined per plank, you want to make items that take lots of planks. Oak larders take 8, doors take 10.

Aiel's srs bsns blog: #1 Bad NEXer -- #21: 99 Theif 2562/2595
You called for a mod? Anyway, knives and darts ARE the same speed, right? (2 ticks on rapid).

Herblore & Magic
Barraging lobs, great idea. Unf > pots is best, in nearly all cases; make something like super attacks to 82 then make special recovers, super antifires and extremes only.
-
Herblore Habitat Boost
Yeah I would say that if you're cathing 2-3 types of vines anyway, you might as well get the boost.
-
Herblore Habitat Boost
I don't think it'd be worth it. It would take you 10-20 minutes to catch them all, probably, which is less than the time saved. Stuff like interrupting routine, or providing a welcome break might alter that for a person.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
5.5k cannonballs, 650 kills. 5.5k is like 8 effigies per hour .

Awesome stuff. Thinking of an awesome solo to reply. Well it seems I got my entire library to get through.

32M On Herblore
Balance it with speed, you really don't want to be stuck with making Sanfew Serums (which are profit, but the nails buy extremely slowly, you got to gather some stuff too, perhaps, idk anymore :P).

I have your number. I know where you live. I'm not [bleep]ing unstable you [bleep]ing [bleep]. And I know the exact location of the San Andreas fault. Oh hello Superman Movie. Oh hello there inspiration. brb gotta go buy 3 nukes to strategically place. Yellowstone. Fun.

Persistant Graphic problems
Search your drive for 'cache' and see what turns up, then delete the right one. That's what I do anyway :P. It has a fairly obvious name iirc.

Bork Stat Reducing
Bork has a hard time killing you at the best of times, unless you're soulsplitting perhaps. But if you're on a choppy connection, you'd probably be using a neit and taking special care clicking.

Fishing
You should, imo, get 86 fishing either on Fish Flings or by barbarian fishing. Then afk your way, if that's your thing.
-
32M On Herblore
I'd recommend starting with spec recovers at 82 (mature ale is a lot easier than stewing), but if you're really into it you can start them at 79. Do untradeable pots only from then on.

Fastest way to a) do fight caves and b) train attack
Chinning, tds with uni, frosts, any other sort of off-task meleeing/ranging... really there are quite a few places to use the thing. Either way the OP has stated he owns one, so that should conclude the advice.

101 Suggestions, #19 (again), #20, and #21.
I don't think the OP is still updating this, Johannas.

Karam Elite Reward: Slayer Points
That's rather underwhelming. A whole 2,38% increase in points.

Rcbow Vs. Handcannon
I think Grimy puts the handcannon at 800k/hr to use or so (just ranging, that'd be less at tds). It also takes more inventory space. You can use diamond bolts for cheaper or even dragon bolts, but those are 50% more expensive, approx.
