  1. If a person refuses to ask people out they will probably never date (or barely date). No-one can help you do well with relationships if you never take that first step. In other news, it turned out that strange message was because said person is random as heck and was referencing a movie out of nowhere for no reason. In short, it was my habit of overthinking every damn thing acting up again. On that note, am I the only one who finds overthinking things to be incredibly damaging to his ability to flirt/etc? It's hard to be natural and such when your mind has a tendency to try to run through every possibility when stressed like it's a game of chess. Whether it's a person I'm interested in or just friendly with, if I'm not close enough to them to feel comfortable my overthinking tends to make me awkward as hell. Which is probably why girls who meet me at parties tend to like me more, because once I'm at a party for more than an hour adrenaline and stress short circuit my brain a bit and impair my ability to overthink, allowing me to actually be spontaneous and charismatic (when I don't do anything obscenely stupid that pisses people off). ...If this post doesn't make sense I apologize but I'm running on 3 hours of sleep and it's almost 1 am.

Do they get anything for that? Do they at least get to shake hands with the Queen? She gets an awesome conversational topic. Also, she can say "And I'm the bloody queen of England!" with more accuracy than most.

Unless you down at least 5 kegs of hard liquor a night you're not a proper drinker. Come on guys get on my level. Meanwhile: College is wonderful. A hundred times better than highschool so far- mostly just because the free enviornment actually encourages me to procrastinate less, somehow. Of course I have to share one car with both my parents every day, due to our spare vehicle's engine failing a week after we dropped $1,100 into fixing it. But I can stand some inconveniences with transportation until I have enough saved up to buy my own car.
  4. Which parts of your body are sore the next morning. EDIT: OT: If a girl who has shown you zero interest and who you have pissed off recently by telling her truths she didn't want to hear suddenly sends you this: http://cheezburger.com/6593056512#comments with the explanation "i saw this and thought of you", does this mean that people are confusing and need to make less ambiguous statements? Because I think it does.
  5. ^Beggar's bazooka is actually one of the most OP items in MvM in my opinion. 11 rocket barrages that reload super fast. Seriously.
  6. Norsemen in longboats and horned hats who attack us with axes.
  7. ^I'm American and I can't stand those goddamn mother[bleep]ing vikings stealing our women and seducing our gold. @What Randox said, I'd agree wholeheartedly. I've been forced to give impromptu lectures at my karate studio several times (a parent comes in telling me their child got in a fight or swore at an adult, expecting the studio to magically fix behavior that they can't) on stuff like respect and attitude. It's terrifying and I have no idea how to avoid being too preachy and thus sounding like their parents, while still hammering down the idea that they're behaving in an unacceptable manner. And of course I can't seem nervous or uncertain too much because I'm supposed to always be on top of things and a role model to these kids. I'm pretty sure I still suck at it and crash and burn a lot, but the parents always thank me afterwards. However, this is making me a lot better at dealing with people. Day to day interactions seem a lot less awkward after having to give 10 year olds words of wisdom. OT: I think I'm only good with push-pull when around people who I have no urge to date. Currently have a male friend who is almost certainly crushing on me. Meanwhile, the girls I like would never date me. Oh well, he knows I'm straight so the angst will be his to bear silently if he does like me, and I'll manage to seduce some poor, unfortunate girl one of these days.
  8. But for a stab n stab or sap n shoot to work the engineer in question has to be bad or unsupported. In high levels of play sapping is almost always a diversion to make taking sentries down easier. And the engineer stopping to whack his mini sentry makes him vulnerable.

I hope I can. Unfortunate part is I need at least a helmet before I do it (it should be funnier if my identity is hidden), and I won't be getting one until Christmas at the earliest. However, when I do do this I promise to upload the results here.
  10. I wonder if this is more a copycat of TDKR shooting, or just another maniac?
  11. ^The new sapper is a straight upgrade in a lot of situations, actually: -If it's stab n sap the engineer is dead so sapping time doesn't matter. -If you just run by everything and sap them all a good engineer will save all 3. With this new sapper at least 2 of the buildings will be downgraded, meaning the engy loses 400 or more metal rebulding his nest from a simply sap n run. -If a team is pushing with your saps then damage from the sapper won't really matter, but if you get killed the difference between a level 3 and a level 2 sentry in health and power will make life a lot easier for your team. This sacrifices killing power for more overall usefulness in my opinion. Also it takes longer to kill minisentries, and since no-one unsaps a minisentry, this means the engineer has to go longer without his sentry.

Oh I almost forgot to mention I got my arm armor finally! [hide] Sorry for the crappy image quality, but I ended up having to take this with my cellphone. [/hide] Once I get a full helm to go with this (which won't be until next summer as I'm going for a gorget and pauldrons next) I think I'm going to roam a local mall and harass random people. "M'lady? Do you have any dragon problems I could assist you in? No? Please? How about now?" "Sire, do you even lift?" And such. And since I'll be wearing full armor no-one will be able to cause me any real harm! Whooo!
  13. ^Dancing is a must, I agree. It's so bloody fun, and this is coming from an often awkward introvert. And a good date just needs to be anything that's an excuse to bond. Like assasinating a president or something.
  14. ^Why did you put that all in gray? I had to highlight it to read it! That's a full 3 seconds extra effort! OT: I shower and shampoo daily, and use conditioner whenever I feel like I need it. Deoderant is applied before I leave the house and I brush my teeth twice a day. As far as excercise goes I walk and ride my bike everywhere, and take 2-6 hours of martial arts classes each week. Sometimes I remember to work out at home, but normally not.
  15. I hate it when Tip.it is so slow that it takes 10 minutes to post 3 meaningless posts. And when I stay up 'til 4am for no good reason.

...I'm ashamed to say I wrote a chapter of fanfiction once. It was a parody, but still horrible.

As others have said, has it really been 3 years since then? And I miss Wontong.

Tip.it has been running really slow for me lately. Other websites are still loading at their normal speeds, but I had to wait a good 20 seconds to load this thread. I actually thought the site was down for a while

Morning classes are way better than afternoon classes in my opinion because they mean you have a ton time during your day for jobs/friends/studying.

[hide='Pun dumping time'] Seems like... a crappy thing to do. Watch out, you'll start a shitstorm with that kind of post. Fowl play. What a bird-brained scheme. If their wives found out about them doing this, they'd be henpecked for sure. I'm here all night folks. [/hide]
  21. ^Being a good guy =/= not having balls. Not having balls means you're afraid to do something. Being a good person means you don't want to hurt people needlessly because that's sadistic and cruel. This guy had balls and forgot his morals. Also: This topic really livened up the place didn't it? I haven't seen people replying this fast in ages.
  22. ^And yet he decides to go for one last bit of intercourse before ending it, and puts his ejaculate in her makeup. Yep, totally over her. How about she was in the wrong for agreeing to a monogomous relationship and then not obeying the rules of it, and thus breaking his trust. He was wrong because he decided to get "revenge" and do his best to hurt her emotionally (along with all those NSFW things he did with her cream and stuff, which was just plain mean). If he had dumped her and told her why that would have been enough. It might have taught her the error in her ways and his conscience would be clear. Instead he decided to give her an emotional beating (the fake wedding ring was cruel as hell, seriously). I mean, the girl made a mistake (a huge one but still). And from his story she WAS remorseful. He reacted to it by unleashing every bit of spite andpent up aggression he had because he had a good excuse.

I seem to remember a tin foil guy from ages ago, but he definitely posted too much to be below 100 posts. And I'd say I've got quality but that's a lie. I replace quality and quantity with pleas for pity. Like the profile picture that's horribly stretched and the overuse of the enter key. In other news I have to write a full and high quality short story by 8:00pm tomorrow.

Hey. How're the kids? OT: Ended up giving a Krav Maga student advice on what to do if an aggressive woman enters his parents' home and refuses to leave and he has to get rid of her. My advice was mostly just to not hit her unless she tried to hit him, and to call the police if she wouldn't leave. The main instructor was talking to him about it as I left though, so he probably got better advice from him.
