Jewellery probably. Gold amulets are like 50k xp an hour and profit slightly. Sapphire Amulets slight loss but 80kish xp an hour. couple of examples

You can use Brimhaven resource - however the room is extremely large and you will find your cannon aggroing far steels & subsequently not helping you kill them as other dragons patrol in the way etc, it is also single combat. You can't bank 300 ashes per hour with a yak at black demons. You can do around 150-160 without summoning potions + another 30 more or so as you get room in invent + yak.

Crawlers are now around 800 kills per hour with a Steel Titan. & Black Demons are now around ~350k profit per hour assuming you yak 150 of the 300 ashes that are dropped per hr. Steels at wildy just take slightly longer to get to now (safely) DKS fairy ring -> canoe from arctic hunting area.

Don't concentrate too hard with that math Golvellius, you'll need to be on dialysis and a ventilator if you commit any more of your brain to logic and math problems.

At current prices: 400,000 Experience will give you the following. 10,700,000 GP saved on prayer (@ 26.75 gp/xp Dbone current pice) 6,500,000 GP saved on Herblore (@ 17gp/xp) Roughly 10-12 Hours of collecting charms at waterfiends and if all crimsons were spent on granite lobsters @ 5gp/xp - 2m gp (very rough) 10+ Hours of agility at ape atoll. I would use it on summoning personally - as prayer prices will come down and you do not save enough gold for herblore. Especially if you plan to TD as a unicorn will help a lot.

Since there is a 2000 player cap on each server, having an auto logout feature keeps things cyclical. If there were no auto log feature, you'd never be able to log into world 2 for example as merchants could juts go afk overnight and leave their character there, even though there is no purpose for doing so aside from keeping a server slot. The 5 minute auto-log feature is more than adequate, fishing spots and even ivy spots generally move more often than once per 5 min. Aggressive creatures aside from Dark Beasts generally become tolerant after I think 13 minutes, however loot piles only last I think 2 minutes. With the lobby feature and not having to re-enter your password, there is no real reason to be kept logged in past 5 minutes. The only thing I can think of, that may help, would be if you automatically joined the clan chat you were in once you went to lobby, so you could catch up on whatever conversation you were having in your absence. I cannot think of a need to stay logged in past 5 minutes. Even with AFK skilling, some form of interaction is needed within that time frame. As for the 6 hour timer. Shouldn't effect that many people & if you are going GWD or something similar, just log out and in beforehand so you'll always know I guess. The only reason the 6 hours autolog should effect anyone, is if they are trying to get some dodgy runetrack XP record and exploiting the use of a "30 hour" day.

There is also the rock at Dark Beasts - inside the mourners tunnel or whatever.

String Jewellery is your best bet. It is as afk-able as magic training gets, aside from combat. 1 click does 1 inventory and it strings them 1 at at time, so it's a minute in between banking and it's a quick deposit and withdraw again.

If you want semi-afk training you have to use a process of elimination to see what works for you. [hide] Various rationale to be considered in choosing what to kill Monsters need to be aggressive, if you have to initiate combat every monster, that's too many inputs, you aren't going to achieve much of your other activity (be it browsing web, watching film, whatever) Next in the case of ranging, you aren't going to want to use a safespot -since that nullifies a monsters aggressiveness. Lastly you don't want them to have 100% drops that you want, be it bones or ashes, since you'll have to pick them up (Unless using urn/bonecrusher ofc) Using a cannon takes too much input and would result in too high a kill-rate for any afk-time to be of any use. [/hide] Slayer is not a good option - you are better off doing it properly when you have the time/willpower to do so, especially since you would typically use a cannon which would train your range xp at a 1:1 ratio of slayer xp. I would personally do Black Demons - however just stand in the middle of the room (Taverly or CT if you get a combat familiar) and protect melee & eagle eye/(the 10% one). The cost of prayer pots is insignificant - bring a few urns and gain passive prayer xp. This is also a great source of Crimson charms & moderate rate of effigies. You will not make much money - but then again that's something you have to compromise on if you want semi-afk xp, as the alternative is to log off and devote your attention to whatever else you are doing on the computer. If you wanted something more "afk" anything that's aggressive and you can protect melee from - all it means is you'll be checking loot piles less often. LRC is an ok option - you will gain more range xp, but you will gain less effigies & charms & prayer experience, due to them being spread-out, you'll also find yourself out of combat a lot just standing there. As for what weapon to use - Karils Xbow is best, but would cost too much (You may aswell chin/cannon) so I'd guess broad bolts and R-cbow. Whether you prefer a SW cape or an Accumulator - basically depends on how much ground clutter you want - personally I'd go the accumulator, not to save bolts, just so there is less stuff to right click on, especially if i'm multi-tasking.

On the passive prayer XP gain subject. Cannoning Black Dragons w/Bonecrusher would be. 13000 xp an hour + an effigy every ~90-100 minutes. Use effigy on prayer & that's 30000 xp an hour roughly. So ~43000 xp an hour you also profit slightly, depending on black dragonhide price & cannonballs. So in comparison to that, baby blues are redundant, unless there's a multi combat room rivalling cave crawlers. Will have to wait and see what this Ash update brings, how much xp they give & whether they will be able to be buried/sacrificesdinterned via bonecrusher or a new dg item that does the same thing; also whether or not they are low xp and tradeable or high xp and untradeable.

Just expanding on this. The 30 minutes of bonus XP(After catching the 3 god jadinkos), appears to be up to 5% if you own all 3 pieces of witchdoctor(2% + 2% + 1%) which will stack with the 10% of the potion. Also from sources, scentless potions & the actual camoflague of the witchdoctor does little, or nothing to catch rates (and thus xp rate) (trying to find more info on this atm) As it seems it's purely level which determines failure/success rate.

Have been using your guide religiously and am now fully genned up on HH. However Should be 15% - It's 5% from the full witchdoctor PLUS the 10% from the potion. There is no additional 10% xp.

Aw yeah update. About halfway through season 3 of 24 now. Had about 5 stars to go in mario galaxy 1 then cousins took it back, fml. Playing number 2 now and it's much better. Bought 15k Magic logs to try and finally get my firemaking to 92, burnt about 3k so far... so that will get done slowly over a few weeks hopefully. Aside from that I got full witchdoctor now and just about to get 78 Hunter. The skills i'll be training on & off will be thieving/hunter/firemaking for the next few weeks i'd imagine. My playtime has gone down a lot partially due to skilling being so dispiriting and boring.
