Who knows. I hear it has better physics, graphics, sound, and immersion. However, they still haven't figured out how to add in an ignore list, you need an extra device for a friends list, there's no audio/visual tweakable options, and there's no instancing. Also, there's a play limit, and permadeath. It's very easy to die, healing is very expensive considering it's keeping you away from permadeath, and your play experience is randomly decided when you join (IE: Wealth, etc) Permadeath? I thought that was an obsolete MMO model. Somehow they managed to snag over 6 billion and counting into playing though, so there has to be some redeeming quality; though I've yet to find it.

If Runescape didn't have the depth and originality (Unlike, say, WoW where 99% of quests are Kill _ to get _ then bring _ back), I can't say I would've stuck with Runescape as long as I have. The skills are very indepth, but at the end of the day, grinding is grinding. I am a huge follower on Runescape's lore, just because they've built this massive world with a rich history and a great story. Take the Barrows Brothers for instance; people thought that they were just a pointless addition of equipment sets; and suddenly we see a huge addition to the lores and histories, a new Mahjarrat, more history on the Sanguinesti region. As for immersion, I'll be one of the many to say I shat bricks during the battle scene in While Guthix Sleeps and, every time I cast NPC contact and see Cyrisius' grayed out face and contact Laplok for my slayer task, I'm ready to murder that scumbag Lucien.

True. I can't see time getting its own tab, that would be a waste of valuable space, and really wouldn't justify knocking summoning, a far more useful tab, off the menu. Does anyone remember when Jagex said that they had an idea that almost became its own game, but was to be incorporated as a "feature" into Runescape instead? Could this be that feature? If summoning doesn't warrant it's own space, I can't see an inventing skill doing the same. Don't forget Jagex removed summoning partially because it's not used "all the time". I can't see any other skill fitting the bill under those requirements to get its own tab, obviously sans a skill similar to magic or prayer.

Brawlers are members only drops that can only be obtained on pvp worlds. They are only good for a certain amount of actions, and you lose them after that set amount. Using brawlers on pvp worlds, you can gain more exp per action than on normal worlds, from 100% to 300% (The amount increases when you're in the wilderness in a hot zone) There are a large number of brawling gloves, each related to a particular skill (or in the case of melee brawling gloves, multiple). Crafting, Runecrafting, and Fletching are the only skills without brawling gloves. Random drops for killing players in pvp worlds.

I think what he's saying is, not doing it instantly, being able to skill with your bank open, without having to Open bank Deposit Withdraw Close bank Make Repeat Not a bad idea. I don't see why we can't do this stuff while also having our banks open.
