Definitely +1 they are the only rockband from these days that I really like, I love the guitarriffs. Right now it's Led Zeppelin's Travelling Riverside Blues, best song in the world. Have you heard of the Black Keys? They're similar to the White Stripes, a really stripped down blues rocky sound with catchy riffs, definitely worth checking out if you like that kinda thing.

Give them time, as they realise that people are growing eco-consciousses whether they like or not, they'll realise that tapping into that kind of 'green' fuel market is good marketing sense. BP has already started, I forget the figure but it's invested several hundred million pounds into green fuels. The American corporations will, inevitably be slower to start.
